Justin and Jenn are amazing-they are my go to people for anything I need for my new home. Justin is patient, funny and very connected to his clients and remembers not only what we have bought in the past but also our kids names and our situation. Could not ask for better place to shop for all you home needs. PS-I’m coming again…we need appliances.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I am VERY disappointed with this store. we bought a washer/dryer set off the floor. We inspected it and there were no scratches. When we went to pick it up they had moved it to the loading dock and wrapped it in bubble wrap. we hauled it home and put it in the house and when we took the wrap off there were big scratches on the washer door. And I ABSOLUTELY know that we didn't scratch it. The wrap had no scratches. I called and was told that the company (Samsung) doesn't replace the door. It wasn't Samsung that scratched it, this store did it and should have insurance to cover it. I will never shop at this store again and I will tell anybody I know that they don't back their product. They offered me $50 off on a $2300 set! The pictures don't show it really good but this is what I see every time I come into my house!! NOT HAPPY!!!!

The first problem i had with Leon's was finding a phone number. I Googled the for the information and stored the number to my phone. The 2nd complaint is that i asked if my delivery date could be changed to a later date. I was also short with money which it was paid fully the next day. The office called me and told me i could have my chair delivered the following day. I already had specific date i wanted it delivered and the person who helped me did enter it in the computer. Over all experience was very good. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy, he asked me questions about what i wanted and he did that. This salesman needs a pay raise. You don't usually get great services in stores like that. Very professional. Thank you for that.

New dishwasher broke down in 6 days. I called Leon's, they said not their problem. I called manufacturer, they said they don't have anyone to service it in Medicine Hat. I called Leon's back and they said sorry it's still not their problem. Money gone and 3 weeks since I had a dishwasher.

don’t care much about their products, but their customer service is awful. one man showed us around the store while looking for a mattress. every question we asked he spoke down to us and acted like we were completely stupid. obviously we don’t know everything about mattresses. there was 0 other people in the store so he kept tailing us around. he was VERY condescending towards me and outright made the trip unenjoyable. if you expect people to buy your product then the absolute least you can do is treat them like people.

George was most helpful with a sale some time ago, and my recent purchases I have had AMAZING Jordan helping me out, and fixing my errors- like thinking I could own the biggest fridge to be moved through a small entrance. Set me up with a proper size, refunded the difference and then sat with me endlessly while deciding on a dining suite. Always patient, never pushy. Behind the counter employees were most helpful when sorting something out with my account- I had 2 accounts going, not their error. They all stayed late until resolved. 5 star service

Ordered a couch after salesperson boasted about how they never miss a delivery date. That was 12 weeks ago and I still do t have my furniture. Run far away from this store and it's unprofessionalism. Would rate less if possible.

My refrigerator kicked the bucket Friday morning, I live about an hour out of the city and I called around everywhere in the Hat to get one that day or the next , one place told me beginning of Jan 2023!! another said November 18ish, called Leon's and got Curtis, he was amazing to say the least, he got all the info on size of fridge etc did his search and yes he had one I could have right away!! When I got there the desk staff were very nice and got through the paying process very quickly, Brad out on the loading dock was a really great guy very helpful and even Curtis came out to make sure I got the right fridge and helped out loading. All in all an excellent experience, totally recommend going there to shop!!

I was so happy when I a salesman suggested a certain set, based on what I was looking for. I had no problem with being told it would arrive December or January. Have been waiting for 14 months for a nightstand that completes my set, paid in full at time of purchase! I have made multiple calls, always with assurances it would be a certain date which comes and goes. After a year, it was suggested I could be refunded all but 10%. Yesterday I spoke with a very nice gentleman who said his supervisor would call today. Today He called. He was annoyed and rude and said many people are waiting longer than me. He actually said he “could nail a couple boards together if I’d like”. When I told him I really didn’t appreciate this comment, and this was very upsetting, he was just arrogant. Seriously??? Custom service???
