So, we were stuck in a field after going off the road. I was very scared after the ordeal we just went though. When the driver got there he told me it would be 400.00 to go 30 min away. I was in shock and I called my parents because I am 16 yrs old. My mom called and the response she got was....well the kid was a bit of a puke. REALLY.....I am sure that kid was a little shaken up. Maybe that driver needs to have a little compassion. If your son is ever in need do not ever call this company. Unless you have a bottomless wallet. If I could give them less than a 1 review I would. Please be careful if you call them

We had a driver from our company in the GTA area get stuck in the snow yesterday in the Canborough area. I called Topps towing and the gentleman was really nice and was able to help get our driver out pretty quickly. Thank you for that as it was late in the day!!

This guy is rude and beligerant and the worst individual I have dealt with in quite a while. Arranged the day prior for a tow at 9am.....no show so I waited until 10am and called to see where he was.....said it would be another 45 minutes.....no apology or explanation....I told him to forget it and called another company and they were very professional and said someone would come right away. Stay away from this tow service....no customer service skills and has no business being in the customer service industry! Too bad I can only give a score of one it should be zero!

Very kind towing staff, they towed me all the way from Dunville to St Catherines when my tire came flying off at high speed. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable tow service

Guy was rude and threatened to take my car away because I had to make a phone call to ensure that I could pay saying the longer I take the more he'll charge. Anyone making $170 for less than 30 minutes of work can wait for a phone call.

$50 to get my keys out of my car which isn't horrible I suppose I know I said I wasn't in much of a rush but three hours later it's a bit much instead of even a sorry or a smile I got sarcastic remarks wasn't overly impressed.
