I was surprised today when I looked up the phone number on Google to this store as I was in need of another piece of Brigg and Riley luggage. I have purchased several pieces from LU over the span of roughly 15 years. The reviews on Google were surprising to me because I have always had a great experience with this establishment. I decided I would call for product availability. I spoke with Amy who was pleasant and helpful. We reviewed the manufacturers website and she confirmed quickly which items she had in stock and some basic differences between the lines. She agreed to hold an item for me as I noted I would be right over.When my wife and I arrived, Amy met us and was extremely attentive. I will say that given this is a high-end luggage store which likely does not have a high volume of customers in the store front there was only the one employee working. If more then my wife and I were in the store you might have to wait a minute or two for service either in person or on the phone…..imagine that… patience.We reviewed a few pieces and selected the one we came for. We also purchased an additional item (Brigg and Riley matching toiletry bag) and during the selection process, once again Amy was wonderful to deal with.My experience with LU has not changed one bit of the years. Great selection, outstanding service

I was standing in line to get into Sunterra when I noticed a Lug sign in the window. I didn't end up buying anything but the sales assets super friendly and helpful. I will probably pop in when I go to Sunterra to see if they have any new Lug bags.

I love supporting small business. But I will never step back into this store. Go to Bentley as I did for knowledgeable staff. At this place I was sold the wrong product that I was promised would work. I was leaving the next day for my holidays and when I returned back after 2 weeks, I took the product back and was then advised it was a final sale" item. Was told all the accessories for suitcases were like that (never told me this when I bought it). They wouldn't even do an in house exchange. I kept being told

Great little place and the employee there was very helpful.

Don't buy from this store. I have had a significant issue with the in-store credit and the staff are very unaccommodating and rude. There is a no refund policy. i have sent several emails with no response from the owner. Very disappointing.
