ECCO Carrefour Laval

My favourite ecco store. I must say that no other brand shoes meet their standards. I almost always compare all other brands to eccos. They seem to keep my feet planted in a secure and stable manner whilst being comfortable. One gripe i have with most ecco models is the air circulation of the shoes. The shoes seem to breath less than other brands. Also, the service from all staff is A+ and special thanks to Michael and Watana. I seem to always come back to this store because of their service.One thing to improve might be to acquire more models as there are plenty on the ecco online store that are not found in local stores.Another thing i appreciate is the staff allowing me to take my time (20min) while testing any shoe and walking inside the store to be certain of my purchase without exercising pressure.

J'ai acheté une paire de souliers Ecco et après quelques mois après les avoir utilisé une dizaine de fois, la semelle s'est tout simplement désintégré! J'ai voulu les retourner et on a refusé de me compenser une façon ou d'une autre... $175 à la poubelle!!! Pour moi c'est fini avec ce produit...

Although this brand offers shoe sizes up to 14-15 on their Canadian website, I couldn't find a single pair in stores. Still, I felt that the service I had was appropriate, and the salesperson even looked up at her inventory to see if anything was available for me. Lots of models presented.

Pire expérience service client. Défaut dans mon soulier, j'y retourner pour voir ce qui peut être fait, surtout que je n'avais malheureusement plus la boîte en ma possession, et l'employé me traite littéralement de menteuse car il dit qu'il n'y a pas de défaut. Pour du service client pour une paire de chaussures a 150$ et +, c'est plus que décevant, c'est honteux. Si je pouvais je donnerais -5 étoiles.

Awesome place and service

Driss is an exceptional store manager. I was in a situation where I bought in US but had to exchange/return in Canada. It's not a ECCO standard process but Driss provided very professional customer service and hodling a do whatever it takes attitude that helped me solved the problem. Even our interaction wasn't long but super effective. Driss even showed up to the store when he was supposed to off-duty to help me out as I was really runinng out of solution. All in all, this is why me and my family have been a loyal customer of ECCO for a very long time. I would recommend this store to anyone that is going to visit Carrefou Laval.

So we were turning around at Carrefour Laval, a shoe caught my eye at Ecco, I usually wear Ecco and Clark’s, lately Clark’s designs are more old men design, so we entered and the staff greeted us but didn’t bother us looking, I like that when I’m shopping, this young girl stood out from the crowd and approached us to meet our needs, I asked 2 sizes for 2 different model, men shoes and 2 for my wife, she was quick to bring the sizes and advised which model was more comfy, luckily enough, she was right, the one she mentioned was more comfy, we bought 2 pairs and customer experience was out of this world, unlike lately with everything happening around the world and people don’t care anymore, especially yong generation in Canada, especially Montreal, but this girl, Lea, was amazing, kudos to her, I seriously bought the 2 pairs, 1 for me one for me wife, just because of her service, smiling face and customer support . Kudos Leo. I hope your peers, and @Ecco recognizes the good job you are doing.
