I had a great experience at Sklar Peppler. We needed a custom piece to fit in an odd-shaped room and the designer I worked with, Janet Kingsley, ensured that we got exactly what we wanted. She spent a lot of time with us, was upbeat and knowledgeable, and made great suggestions.I also want to compliment the movers who delivered, and set up, the new furniture. The two men were professional and personable, and took the time to ensure that the furniture was positioned correctly.I highly recommend Sklar Peppler.

We just had our Kennedy sectional delivered today. Floyd and Nathan did a great job setting everything up for us. They took all the paper and plastic wrap with them and left nothing behind. This was a pleasant surprise as other companies have left the wrapping behind. They were very neat and tidy.We purchased the same sectional that is in the Ajax showroom, so no surprises, it’s exactly as we expected. This is our second sectional purchased from Sklar - we have another smaller one in our basement that’s still in good shape after 15 years! The sales persons Janet and Lynn were very helpful and knowledgeable about fabrics, measurements etc. We paid a bit extra for the white glove delivery which includes set up and so glad we opted for this additional service.

The customer service received from Janet Kingsley at Sklar was stellar. Janet was very knowledgeable and patient while we made our selections. Sklar will now be our go to for home furnishings and referrals to family and friends. We are looking forward to receiving our custom sofa and enjoying it for years to come. Many thanks to Janet for her personal attention to our needs. Also, Julie was our first point of contact. She too and other staff were very welcoming and helpful as the need be.

The staff were very helpful and informative. They took the time to listen to my needs and were very kind in navigating my purchase.Update: My new sectional was delivered today by Floyd and Nathan. They were kind, courteous and went the extra mile in bringing the pieces up to my unit and setting it up. Included with my couch was a lovely note and a beautiful throw blanket that coordinated with my new sectional. The staff from beginning to end were caring and thoughtful. Thank you for making this purchase so seamless.

Janet and Julie were both super helpful, knowledgeable and quick with helping us choose and customize the perfect couch for us. On top of helping with the style choices for pillows.Tara the customer service rep moved things around for us and worked her magic to be able to get our couch delivered by a hard date for an event. We really appreciated that.Floyd & Nathan who were part of the delivery team were super friendly, quick and handled our couch with care.Only 2/3 parts of our couch was able to get delivered due to a fabric issue on 1 part of the couch. The team at Sklar was able to catch the issue and resolve but given our event date we asked if they could deliver the finished parts and they obliged.The pillows did have some fabric threads hanging loose but we just cut those off. The couch itself is a beautiful fabric and very sturdy. We look forward to having the finished product in our home soon and for many movie nights.Thanks Sklar!

Great service and value from the Sklar Peppler team. We dropped by for their tent sale and got an outstanding deal on a beautiful accent chair. My Mom loved it so much we're bringing her back to pick one out tomorrow. Highly recommend!

A+ Design Rep, A+ Delivery!The design and sales rep was extremely helpful, and helped with good advice to find the right couch for us.For delivery, Floyd & Nathan were everything you'd hope for home delivery - careful, caring, kind, and professional. They called ahead of of time up update ETA, confirmed where they'd be pulling the truck up.We had a billing issue where the delivery type was changed. All it took was a quick call and conversation to have it promptly solved.10/10 recommended!
