I recently went for job interviews for the Property valuation analyst position. My experience is that as an external candidate you don't have a chance when competing with internal employees. I even excelled in the written exam at 2 locations- got only 3 questions wrong out of the 30 and was called for face to face interview the next day and in the end, was told- that I did not fit the bill.The managers at the Mississauga location did not even have the courtesy to respond to my email- when I asked for the interview feedback. I waited for a month for interview results after being called twice for an interview and managers don’t even respond interview feedback request. Totally unprofessional!

Too slow in service

If you own a home in Ontario it has undergone an assessment. Municipal Property Assessment Corporation is the company which places a value on your home. Property taxes are based on that home value.

Totally agree with Farka! All jobs are protected for internal employee- such a waste of time going for an interview here. Hiring policy not at all transparent & unprofessional hiring managers.
