Dropped off my car for some minor damage repair. Service was good and knowledgeable staff explained the process. Very happy with the repair and will highly recommend to others.

I had my car re-painted in this body shop. John helped me. They did an excellent job! A few weeks later, I got another scratch in the trunk. I took it there for a quote. Josh checked it, and fixed it for free! Great experience with Kirmac. Highly recommend it.

The service I received from James the assistant manager here at this location was unbelievable! My claim expired on November 7th, and I brought the car in on the first. James was able to work with the ICBC estimator to get my car in on the sixth! He consistently stayed in touch with me and somehow got my car in just before the deadline.Thank you so much!

These guys are the salt of the earth. I had a long drive home ahead of me and the front of my car fell off. It was late Friday afternoon and I pulled into this Kirmac location 15 minutes before closing. Abbas the manager and John were working. I assumed it would take at least a week to get my car repaired and would cost me thousands as I have been price gouged by mechanics in the past. No questions asked, Abbas and John quickly fixed my car, I did not have a crazy bill at end and was able to safely drive my car back home. These guys have put my faith back in humanity when it comes to mechanics and highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for trustworthy and honest business. Abbas and his crew are outstanding in their work and customer service. They have always gone above and beyond the work at hand, including the excellent detailing of my vehicle inside and out. This location is so great. Everyone who works here is so positive and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in right away and Josh helped me with the rock chips on my window shield. I had broken taillight on my brand new car.Abbas take a look at my vehicle even we showed up with no appointment.They placed the order for a new part and called me back few days later to leave my vehicle in body shop. I have asked if my vehicle could be ready before Saturday (I drop it on Tuesday) they did everything so I can pick up my vehicle on Friday. I really like how they texted me and give me updates on my vehicle. I’m recommending this place, I hope I’ll not need those kind of services in the future but in case I will definitely coming back. I had my windshield replaced through BCAA(my optional insurance provider). Called up a few other places prior to this one and many told me that BCAA is picky and cheap that they will only deal with it if I get the claims going and be approved. However, Jon took care of it from A to Z explaining all the options I could have (going with OEM) and got it done within 2 weeks. Highly recommend this place.
