This was my first time at Artsee and buying glasses has never been easier or more fun. Miles did a wonderful and enthusiastic job of showing me styles that would suit me best and was very knowledgeable about the various lens choices for my particular prescription. Clean, sanitized and well spaced during Pandemic.I had my eyes examined in Dec 2019 the Rx was not caused me some problems then the Pandemic so it was months before I was able to get back. I phoned and the guaranteed until I was able to get back. They booked another eye exam free of charge and I got new lenses which something was still not right. They discovered the problem and had new lenses made for me. During this time frame the staff was wonderful, totally understanding and apologetic. I also have a cataract which I’ve been waiting well over a year to get done - still waiting. Never once did they say it was my cataract and brush me off. They worked with me to get it right.I can’t say enough good things about this place and very highly recommend them. The best

I went to few optical stores to find glasses. It found nothing special. I then went to Artsee and found a number of great choices. The best part of the experience was working with Jess. She has a great eye for finding the appropriate eyewear options. Her excellent customer service is enhanced by her knowledge coupled with her positive and caring approach with her customers. Thank you JessI noticed that most of the reviews rave about the service provided at Artsee. Congratulations on creating such a positive environment for your staff and customers as it is being noticed.

Hands down, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had selecting frames and lenses! I've worn glasses my whole life, but the team here are so knowledgeable and care about their products that I feel I know more about my lenses than ever before. The staff work together like a family and have a perfectionist streak, so you walk out feeling both loved and spoiled. Thank you especially to Jess, Miles and Ray for their kind help and patience!

The customer service here is top notch, from the doctors, to the opticians and the front end staff! They made the process of picking out frames quick and easy, offering honest opinions about how different choices look, but also without steering me in any particular direction. I love love love my new frames, and compliments about them abound....again!!

This is a copycat of the real Artsee now located in Hudson NY. Even their photos are stolen from the old site of said company when they had a location in Battery Park city. You should be ashamed of yourself.
