Not the store for the homeowner to shop at. Prices are high without an account.......and it seems some of the staff find a non-contractor to be an imposition on their valuable time.

Knowledgeable staff, but very confusing model. It's not really a consumer retail home Reno/building supply store, as most of their service is aimed at construction and renovation professionals. Our builder sent us there to look at deck samples, and the contact person wasn't there, we were shown the wrong products and got caught up by a product vendor who was in the shop trying to sell us on a new product that didn't work for our project. As the builder's client, I'd say this is not a place to go without your builder or their contact on-site to deal with your concerns specifically.

Best slegg on the island. The team is great, stock is great, pricing is great.Most notable though for my experience is how pleasant Alex and Chrissy are, these two ladies rock and are a joy to interact with. This review is for them!

The fellow collecting money behind the counter was extremely rude both days I came in. However, the young fellow helping me load wood in my trailer was very kind and helpful.

Kristen Saunders with contract sales provides the best customer service that I have ever received. She is very knowledgeable and helpful as we are working on a remote site. Always available to answer questions and is very quick to respond with orders and getting the material we need. Definitely recommend dealing with Krissy for any material needs.

I shop here when I need specialty tools or supplies that can’t be found at other stores. When I do shop here I talk to Wendy, her excellent customer service and commitment to helping our business grow will keep us comming back.
