Time to Shine Window Cleaning

Thank you Brien for an amazing job; the windows are dazzling. What a difference!

Brien Stratton of Time to Shine Co., in Cobourg, Ontario seems to be quite an inexperienced person to be running a window washing company. First he arrived one and a half hours late to start the job. Then before starting the job he said not everything in his quote was covered in his final quote which was on paper. When I said I would have appreciated a quote that covered everything he planned to do he became very angry with me and called me rude and left. He seems to be a very firey off-balanced man and quick to anger. I quickly locked all my doors and windows after he left. I am a senior citizen who needs aids to get around and couldn't answer my door fast enough for his liking so I guess that is what started him off. My daughter said she has heard many service people do not like working for the elderly.

So appreciated Brien's prompt response to give a quote and then to set a convenient time to do our windows. We are SO pleased with his service and professionalism. Brien was on time, friendly and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!
