I came back to give a solid review of this family owned, local to London business because it deserves more than just the few words I originally posted.I have been working with Witlox Automotive for about 6 months now on behind the scenes photos of just how truly amazing this company is as a business and as hard working individuals.I was with another automotive company for years and after I first hand was able to witness just how much they care about their customers, and staff - I made the best decision to date, to switch who I trust with my car.Originally started as just typical maintenance with oil changes until I had something go wrong with my vehicle. Sam showed me exactly what was wrong and together with Mark was able to come up with how we would take care of the issue.Honesty is key, fair pricing is a must and Witlox went above and beyond to make sure I left with a safe vehicle. I refuse to go anywhere else. Witlox always provides me with great service and checks my car each time it's in for any maintenance concerns. As a bonus they have a cute friendly dog who hangs out in the office.

My car broke down and I had it towed here on a whim. It was a great choice. They didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, and completed the job under the price of the quote I received. I’m going to be returning here next time I need repairs. Feels good knowing honest shops still exist.

Just visited Wiltox auto for the first time for an oil change and to get a safety done. Mark was friendly and communicative throughout and kept me updated on the little things that were done for the vehicle to pass safety. The price was very reasonable too. I am so glad I connected with this business (Mark) through social media. My daughter bought her own first car recently and we had poor service where she got it. As a mom, I wanted to know that my daughter knew how to run her car properly, and that it was safe. I also wanted her to learn how to find a place where she would feel comfortable asking questions and going for regular maintenance.THIS is the place! They were prompt and courteous, and they answered her questions, fixed a few little things, completed an oil change, and spent some time showing her how to check things under the hood.I would not hesitate to recommend this place to any of my women friends, or anyone with kids who are new car owners and need to find “their shop” for regular maintenance and tires and oil changes, etc.Thanks for the great service, and making my kid feel like a valued regular customer!
