Called to replace a backyard spigot that was leaking. Great service, shows up the next day, and a fair and honest price. John was very helpful, polite, and left no mess. Would not hesitate to call again! 5 stars!

Originally, Brian's team came out as part of my contractor's team to finish our basement with a three piece bathroom and a wetbar. We were very pleased with their work, always punctual and finished according to the plan and was easy going and willing to help out with any issues. More recently, we urgently needed someone to help us out as we had a leak in our kitchen sink. Brian was extremely responsive, and as always easy to deal with, and immediately was able to resolve our issue within the next day despite being contacted at 10pm the night before. While he was here fixing our sink, my husband had more requests and he was able to help us deal with it all. We feel extremely lucky and very thankful to Brian for his work. We will definitely use him again and recommend to all our friends and families.

Brian and John were honest, trustworthy, and professional. They were super easy to communicate with, scheduled our job within days and were early completing the work completely consistent with their estimate. I recently had a great experience with MacRory Plumbing. Brian responded quickly to my call about a problematic washroom faucet and we arranged an appointment for the next day. When he arrived, he fixed the issue very quickly – so quickly, in fact, that it was embarrassing, because I had tried repeatedly (and failed repeatedly) to fix it myself!I mentioned that we had been living for years with a slow-draining kitchen sink because another plumber had told us the problem was due to improper venting that would be either impossible or extremely expensive to fix. I wondered what he thought the complexity and budget range might be. Brian suspected that improper venting was not the issue, predicting it was simply a build-up of material in the drainage pipes. I would have gladly booked another appointment for this, but he dove right in to investigate and quickly discovered that he was correct. He called in a teammate to bring the necessary equipment. It was going to get messy, so I removed myself from the splash zone and went to work. When I returned, they were gone, and there was zero trace of mess. Everything was cleaned up and the drain was finally working perfectly!Brian was very friendly and answered any questions I had. He described potential courses of action along with possible outcomes – good, bad, and ugly – and he made recommendations based on his years of experience and training.The process was very refreshing! I personally like being informed and involved in decisions, but now that I’ve seen how he works, I also wouldn’t hesitate to just describe the problem, discuss budget, and then walk away and trust him do his thing.His pricing was surprisingly reasonable, especially given the high quality of his work. I would absolutely recommend MacRory Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable, hard-working, trustworthy, and knowledgeable plumber. He’s 100 percent my new go-to. Brian and his crew deserve more than 5 stars!
