KC Family Foot Clinic

It was my first time at this clinic. I was extremely impressed by Karen’s professionalism and the time she took to treat my toe nails. She’s also very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely clean. I would highly recommend her services and I would definitely return to her clinic again.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandmother, Maria Undyantara. She had fractured her foot a few years ago and sees Karen Chan approximately every 2 months for drilling to thin down thick toenails, toenail cutting and care, and prescriptions for Athlete's foot care. Karen is always very friendly, pleasant and caring towards her and informs her of what she is about to do before doing it, to ensure she is comfortable about everything that is happening with her feet. I always feel confident that my grandmother will receive the best care when she sees Karen, especially since she enjoys her visits and always looks forward to the next one.

The chiropodist at the clinic, Karen is an attentive listener, informative extremely hygienic.Our first meeting took over 40 minutes and I didn't feel rushed at all. I was relieved and quite happy to see her roll paper on the ground for me to walk on as oppose to walking barefoot on the ground. She had also sanitized the floor and the chair before I entered the room as I could see little streaks drying up. She is constantly sanitizing her hands and leaves enough time between patients.I got my orthotics a few weeks ago and will be following up in the new year to tell her how my new insoles are.

I stumbled upon this clinic by chance after running into a foot problem I had never encountered before - and boy am I glad I did! From the incredibly helpful and accommodating service up front to getting to chat about my issues with my chiropodist Wendy - I really cannot recommend KC enough. Wendy addressed my issue, put my mind at ease with compassion, and gave me so much knowledge to move forward with - I truly would not hesitate to return.

I saw Karen and Christine for an ingrown toenail that I had been suffering with for a long time. They came up with a plan and fixed the problem perfectly.I highly recommend them both!

I've been seeing Wendy for a few months and she has always been so friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She always ensured that my questions were answered fully and she is always such a pleasure to talk to! The receptionist is also very helpful and kind and I always enjoyed chatting with her. I've been a patient of Karen Chan for several years as a result of a serious vehicle accident, she has treated me for several issues with my feet including chronic open infected ulcers which required debridement , cleaning and dressing, I also require orthotics which she designed and had fabricated , treatment on toes for toe straightened was also required as well as general foot care and maintenance .Karen has always been very professional and she is vastly experienced in all aspects of chiropody and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anybody who needs expert foot care.

Had a very positive experience here.Karen Chan went above and beyond in explaining everything to me, such as symptoms and exercise treatments, but also the why's and the how's.She is professional, friendly, and her quality of work is better than my previous chiropodist visits elsewhere.The prices are reasonable, and if you have chiropodist benefits coverage from your work, then it's a no brainer to come here.The location is conveniently at Bayview and Major Mackenzie.There's free parking in the plaza parking lot, and McDonald's is just a few steps away so you can grab a quick bite before or after your appointment.I highly recommend you give KC Family Foot Clinic a try.

Great experience with Karen Chan. She is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She was thorough with her exam, explained any issues I had and gave me different recommendations for preventing future issues. Very positive experince here, I would definitely reccomend her.
