While dealing with our property purchase, Mr. Hashmi made us feel that we were in safe hands and he was working in our interest, and not rushing to complete the transaction for the sake of it. He been very transparent and diligent, and handled the entire process very professionally. There were couple of issues with the status of the property, which I guess might have been overlooked by others. However, Mr. Hashmi identified those issues and ensured that they were resolved prior to closing, even though the closing date was very aggressive (~15 days).
