Costco Tire Center

I appreciate the work that tire technicians do, but I would have appreciated the work more if the tech attempted to open my soft tonneau cover, rather than jamming the tires into the box, stretching out the cover on my 2022 Maverick. Next time, if you are not sure how to open it, please ask someone who knows how, or even myself. A new cover would be $754.74 + gst, so I do hope that it has not been permanently stretched out. Also, if your tech would have folded the soft cover over, all 4 tires would have fit into the box, without one sitting in a leaky tire bag on the back seat. The tech did put some plastic down on the seat, but still the dirty water leaked out. I do still appreciate the hard work still. Have a good Christmas all.

Tire Center Manager Isaac and Trevor at service counter are very friendly and knowledgeable. Trevor saved me money on a online promotion on the tires I wanted. Isaac took the time to talk about winter rims for my vehicle and ordered a set of tires for me. It's a busy place and they are efficient at what they do. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I was a costco tire customer for 15 years, i do not know what kept me coming back. sometime in the past, they quit answering phones and that made me deal with them online, no problem.. then they don’t have many options for tires, i ignored that and just got what was available…last year i had a flat on one of my tires that were 1 year old, i attempted to get an appointment but their website appeared to have technical difficulties, because not a single date was available even if i chose months ahead, all locations! i gave up and repaired the flat elsewhere. Fast forward now, i’m driving one of my other vehicles with costco tires that are 1.5 years old (Pirelli make) and i had a blowout on the highway. I was extremely frustrated, newer tire with only 20,000km on it and it blew. i took a closer look at the tires and they are made in Russia! (I thought they were Italian). I didn’t bother going to costco, I went to Kal tire, they answered my phone call and provided me with many tire options and booked me in the next week. Kal tire does free lifetime flat repair, balancing and rotating, just like costco and even better.

Horrible customer service. Stood in line, was third for 20 minutes. Finally a 2nd cashier comes up, line starts moving. I get to the front and he asks if I have an appointment and I said no, I didn't know I needed one I'm just looking for a quote. Before I could even finish my sentence he said move to the back and we'll help you after the appointments. Maybe say that before I stand there and waste 20 mins or have a sign ? Absolutely brutal

Decent deals but probably the slowest service I've ever had in my life, they said 1 to 1 1/2 hours to install my tires which took 2 1/2 and then you have to wait in 30 min lines to get the torque checked. Be prepared to waste alot of your time

Worst experience with a tire center. Had an appointment to mount summer tires on rims . Waited 2-2.5 hours then came by to see progress. Was told they didn't switch them because the tire size was off by 3.2% was never called once to have this explained to me. (They were put on a year prior with no issues) They wouldn't give a receipt to get my money back . Until I demanded it. Went to Kal tire after and was told the tire size difference was 0.9 % and that its no problem at all. Lazy unorganized staff that couldnt give one S$#! About customer service. Brutal

Quick and cost effective. Did my grocery shopping then noticed my tire was low stopped in and they got me in right away and fixed it for a very reasonable pricing.

I went here during road trip. It was time for tire rotation. I was able to reserve time for the following day.The appt was on time and ended when it was supposed to. No rotation needed after all, but they balanced the tires.The tire center staff was friendly yet professional.

Best experience ever, multiple time! I’ve had to visit the tire centre about 3 times recently due to my own bad luck, Isaac and James were who I dealt with each time and they are great! Best customer service I’ve ever had dealing with anything automotive! Fast and efficient. They go the extra mile! Highly recommend. Thanks guys!
