I did not qualify for an Enbridge rebate. Fair enough. I asked a series of quite detailed questions to ensure that I completely understood why not. For some reason I was treated like an idiot for not immediately understanding the nuances of the program and was hung up on when I objected to this treatment. I'd encourage you to seek out an alternative if one exists.

I got the name and telephone number of this corporation from the Enbridge Gas Distribution website. Even though their head office is located in Barrie, Jennifer was extremely helpful in securing an energy audit, on short notice, to be done at our cottage in Niagara-on-the Lake. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the whole process and was able to clearly quote us the exact pricing involved. Simon, the energy auditor, was punctual, polite and most efficient in conducting the audit as well as filling out all the necessary forms to help us submit our request for a refund from the government. I highly recommend this outfit to anyone who needs an energy audit to be conducted.
