This is not my first time visiting the Hamilton Amre location, but unfortunately, I find myself having to come here occasionally due to its convenient location. However, I make every effort to avoid this store as much as possible, and I'll explain why.One of the major issues I have encountered at this store is the significant wait time. On multiple occasions, I have found myself standing in line for an extended period, with no more than two people ahead of me. It takes an excessive 30-40 minutes before I finally get a chance to place my order. This kind of delay is not only frustrating but also indicates a lack of efficiency in the store's operations.Moreover, I have noticed that the employees at this location are slow and unhelpful. Whenever I've sought assistance, whether it's inquiring about a specific part like Supco or asking for recommendations on other nearby locations or stores, I have been met with unresponsiveness and a lack of helpfulness. Comparing this to your competitors, who not only provide excellent customer service but also guide customers to alternative sources if they don't have the required part or aftermarket, the difference is stark. Even when I compare this Hamilton Amre store to other Amre locations, it falls short in terms of customer service.I believe that customer service plays a crucial role in establishing a positive shopping experience, and unfortunately, the Hamilton Amre store disappoints in this aspect. Improving the efficiency of operations and training employees to be more helpful and attentive to customers' needs would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience at this location.In conclusion, I must express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service and inefficiency exhibited at the Hamilton Amre store. As a customer who values quality service, I hope that necessary steps are taken to address these issues and improve the overall experience for future visitors.Bring in young people to the store, they are faster and more attentive.

I am really happy to have found this store, as of know every time I've gone to ask for a part they have it in stock and at a reasonable price. The staff has always been nice to deal with as well.

I felt attitude from the old groggy man at the front desk, he was unwilling to get off his seat to help, but the lady was prompt and helpful.

In person the Hamilton location was great. But trying to order online through a call centre thing I ended up losing money and the dishwasher isn’t fixed. Wound up getting yelled at and berated on the phone. Will not do it again. The customer service manager from Edmonton was very friendly. But as I said the dishwasher still is not fixed. And I lost money because the original person I ordered the part from didn’t choose the right part.Never again.

My dryer belt broke and I needed a replacement as soon as possible. I was able to find the OEM parts I needed here at a better price than anywhere I could find online. Hopefully, I won't need to go back for a while but if I ever need appliance parts, this is where I'll go first.

Best source of parts supplies I have ever dealt with.Service staff are knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions.I hope they will be around for a long time.signed: Happy customer.

I ordered a part for my dishwasher on January 18th 2022, number of parts apparently arrived around March, but I didn't receive it and on June 3rd 2022, I was told the part has no date when it will be available. poor service, I would not use this business again.

I ordered a part online. I picked it up in store without any problems with the store. Fast, friendly service.Driving in Hamilton is another issue. I had to go twice to pick up my part due to traffic problems in Hamilton. If coming from out of town, plan extra 30 minutes in travel time.
