Madison told me the wrong amount that I need to pay at the end of the contract . After I called she just finished by saying that i told you the discount applied to your account . I specifically asked that question at the time. How can you answer with the discount amount I didn’t even ask ? BE careful.

Been dealing with this location since 2018..This company keeps their staff well ...the sales person i had in 2018 and now is district manager....been dealing with a new sales person at this location...my experience has been 5 stars... you will find your customer experience like i did...

The wife and I went to Tbooth a few months ago for new phones and contracts. Daved provided excellent customer service (and has done so in our visits since) and set us up with cheaper and better plans. If you need a new phone or plan I'd recommend checking them out.

I was there last night to cancel and try to return a phone that my carrier refused to do. Andrii was very helpful and did everything possible to make sure my experience was great. I highly recommend seeing him if you need anything.

Just had my first experience here and was helped by Reed. What an absolutely great guy. Greeted me on my way in, even though he was busy. Helped me get the best deal I possibly could and made sure I left happy and satisfied with my visit. Personally, dealing with phone service providers and cellular companies are a huge pain to me, but he made it smooth and clear and very easy to do. Couldn't give a higher recommendation for him!!

We all know that dealing with tech issues or upgrading phones can be a hassle. Thank goodness for Tbooth, and people like Reed! He helped my mom and I switch out our phones recently, and I can't even describe how blessed we felt by his service! Reed went above and BEYOND ten times over to serve us. Best customer service I've ever experienced. PLUS he greets you with a smile and enthusiasm every time. Honestly, it didn't feel like a transaction; it felt like chatting with an old friend or family member! Flawless experience, and then some!
