Had some modifications to my wedding rings done a few years ago before COVID. The changes were not exactly what I expected. Recently I went back to the store to explain that the work done was not what I was expecting. They gladly took my rings in and separated them to my satisfaction. No charge. Thanks.

Had the absolute BEST experience finding and customizing my engagement ring. Kim was patient, knowledgeable, kind and incredibly easy to work with. Prices were more than reasonable and I was given many options to choose from within my budget. I couldn’t recommend a place more for such a personal experience.

Kim is fantastic!!! The store is amazing! Gorgeous clothes and jewellery. You feel beautiful in them. Perfect amount of bling for that extra “something” if you want. I went in for a repair on a ring, Kim was absolutely great to work with. She listens to you and hears what you’re saying. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Kim.

It looks brand new, a beautiful job indeed.Also I had a custom trinity diamond ring designed with Kim's excellent expertise. After numerous emails & pictures to communicate my wishes ( I was afraid she would give up on me), but not a chance. She was totally on board and fully understanding plus compassionate & so willing to please.Thank you so much Kim for making this a very sentimental (Special) Anniversary ring....
