Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I love this location. I used the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. All there staff are nice, friendly & easy to deal with, specially shaker. It was nice to do transaction with you guys. I highly recommend this location.

Guy in a suit should lose his job. He wouldn’t give me a rental car last time because I would be “dissatisfied” with it. I was not belligerent or rude. I just asked why the pricing was so high. And then we had a discussion back and forth on pricing. There were no cursing or insults just a conversation.Fast forward to todays date of the 10-April-23 I have to show up again because the dealership deals with this location. As soon as I walk in he says “oh look it’s you again.” And I simply said “can I deal with someone else please.” He then proceeded to say he will not do business with me and I have to leave.He then lied to the dealership and said I came in and starting cursing them out and that’s why they would not to business with me which in fact is not true. Why would I lie about this and have my face attached to this review if it was true. Terrible service this guy has some kind of issue with me for some reason; most people would call this discrimination

Horrible customer service.I would give zero if I could.I came in on a west jet flight 4 hrs delayed last nite arriving at 1 am this morning.I had a reservation. Used enterprise many times , booked online with the app. I have had good service with enterprise in the town I live and no problems with them whatsoever.I made at least three attempts to call yxe enterprise direct , while still in Mexico , to speak to a person to see if they would still be there at 0100 and I would have my car to drive home. Nobody ever answered the phone and I left two voice mails. No one replied. After landing at 0100 and getting thru customs , I arrived at the enterprise counter at 0125 and nobody was there and the sign said they closed at 0100.I waited at least 20minutes looking ,waiting , hoping , to see someone show there face , it was a ghost town at 130 at yxe. Finally I gave up and jumped on a shuttle to the Saskatoon inn, and got a room. Getting to sleep 0300 .I tried early this morning to call yxe enterprise several times from the hotel and again getting no answer only always a voice mail which I left again. Nobody returning my call. I set off to the airport around 1000 to pick up the car i had reserved for the previous niteI explained the situation and inconvenience to the employees at the counter , I asked if they would consider compensating me for the hotel room costs I incurred.Instead of apologies and rectifying the situation, I got nothing but rude and dismissive behaviour from them.It was implied that I was lying about the fact I was there at 0130 for the pick up and they stated someone was there till 0200 !I told them that simply not true.Why would I lie ?! I said someone was lying and it wasn’t me. I just now wanted to get my rental car please and leave for home.Not only did they not compensate me , they then refused to rent me a car citing they had the right not to do so!They couldn’t care one iota of empathy for weary travellers . I was out of 175 bucks for a hotel and or that I had been trying to make my way home for over 24 hrs. They basically stranded me in Saskatoon, as Enterprise is the only car rental at yxe that books one way rentals to the town i live in.I has to find alternate arrangements to get myself home , which was not easy.Enterprise YXEyou are the worst !!!

Enterprise was supposed to deliver a rent a car to my autobody shop by 7:30 this morning. It's 8:15 and I'm still waiting for them to show up. I'm now late for work and not impressed. Would NOT recommend unless you have all day to wait!

The Volkswagen that we rented was great on fuel. there was a problem with the rear tires being out of line and out of balance, but no one was to concerned about it.

The guy there should be fired... useless and an absolute liar .... he does not have any manners and absolutely terrible.....

Good service. Dylan, and Eduard are great.We rented a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, the vehicle was OK.Thanks for shipping back my glasses after I left them there.

I didn’t get his name but the chubby middle eastern guy wearing a suit jacket and tie is very unprofessional.

I won’t rent from this location ever again. Left my oakleys on the passenger seat and realized it when I checked my bag on the airplane. I called when I landed in Calgary and they said nothing was found. They were there when I filled up for gas at 7:30am and I dropped the vehicle off at 7:35am so I’m not sure where they would go. If you do rent a vehicle, don’t forget anything.

Terrible service at the Saskatoon Airport. The man at the counter was nice but you could tell he was very stressed. They are running 3 rental agencies from 1 booth. The poor guy had people lined up for about 30 feet. Just another example of corporations .asking cuts but expect the same monies from customers.
