***update*** finally received my wig on 12/11/22 it’s a bit thinner than expected but once it was shipped out it took about four days. I’ll rate the supplier a three as communication sucks, and time it actually took for her to ship out was absolutely too long. Overall wig is nice and came as pictured. Knots aren’t bleached as i had to bleach them myself. But hey at this point I’m just glad i received my product.***original review*** Placed an order on September 20th through their website (which is mainly in French) on the 21st i sent a message merchant to confirm which shipment option i chose as i don’t read or speak French. Below is our conversation. Then after 6 days i realized no progress was made in shipping so i emailed the merchant. She did not respond directly to my email but sent another with a tracking number. *shipper created electronic tracking number *** waited for the progress to change but after a week my event was approaching so i sent her another direct message through Instagram asking approximately how long. Attached below as well. Event came to pass and i had to find another avenue for my hair. Afterwards i then waited and waited all while contacting Canada Post who says the parcel was never received by them. (Called them 8-10 times as i wanted to give this business the benefit of the doubt) now i have to go through the process of trying to get my money back now that merchant has completely ignore me. Messaged her three weeks ago to let her know i have yet to receive my parcel. Was told she would ship a new one out, after that, no correspondence what’s so ever.

Talked to the owner Lydia on online chat off the website she was fast at responding and very friendly not fake friendly either! I was tired of buying low quality wigs online and other places,was buying one every two weeks and thought why dont I just buy a top quality wig locally that will last me 1 or 2 years if you do the math its better to go high quality but some places its not affordable but not at BestyGlamour I got top quality for 220 real hair and Lydia styled it all I gotta say is wow her prices are very good too! Defenitly dont go anywhere else in Moncton she also offers synthetic and there was a great selection and variety
