Mike’s attention to detail was fantastic. His work with trims, baseboards and doors is second to none. This was a new basement development. We were beyond happy with the painting.

We have an old house which has exterior stucco and wooden trim and looked like Dracula’s castle minus the bats and belfry. It desperately needed major cosmetic surgery but the extent was daunting. However, we called Mike somewhat in trepidation of what he would say. Happily, he provided a very fair and thorough estimate at what we believe was a very reasonable cost.Mike arranged to have the paints prepared and arrived at the exact moment he said he would to commence work and put in many long days of alternating heat and cold to the point we felt sorry for him. He never seemed to stop during the day at all.We are delighted to report that utilising Pristine Painting was the best decision regarding our house that we could have possibly made. Mike’s diligence and conscientiousness have no parallels in the arduous progression of our home renovation, other contractors offering nebulous excuses for failures or omissions, where Mike’s professionalism was redolent. Mike painted the entire exterior of our stucco house. His standard of workmanship and attention to details are second to none. He filled the cracks and patched the broken stucco before applying the paint. His work modernizes the look of our house. We are so glad that we found Mike to do the exterior painting for us.

Mike of Pristine Painting did a truly excellent job on painting the stucco exterior of our house, he also gave us excellent advice on the type of paint to go for (elastomeric), a bit more expensive than normal paint but well worth it. Unlike some others out there Mike is an experienced and highly skilled professional who takes pride in what he does and his rates are very reasonable. I have lost count of the number of people who have walked past our house and said how good it looks. I would recommend Pristine Painting and Decorating to anybody without hesitation.

I had the owner Mike paint my entire house when we moved in and he did an outstanding job. He paid close attention to all the details and even made some great colour suggestions in rooms that we wouldn't have thought of. There are some very high ceilings in certain areas of the house that were tough to reach but Mike had all the necessary tools to get the job done professionally.
