Pizza Hut The Pas
Ordered at 4pm. Didn't deliver till 6 pm because there was no delivery driver. Spent $50 on a medium pizza and 8 boneless wings. Food was warm. Definitely not worth the $$

not a good customer service exp here. I ordered a 33.99 3ple treat combo.I was not informed that some items included in the combo had addl charges since they dont have boneless bites and cookie so I chose something else which I ask prior what are my other option for the unaavailable items. Upon checking my receipt I talked to the same lady who took my order about the adl charges and told her that I didnt want those addl charges if she could have informed me I could have chosen a diff order.After a few min of waiting while she figures out on the till I told her again if she could talk to her manager or supervisor then she told me that she is the Assistant store manager. I ask what could she do to fix the issue coz I only want a 33.99 combo plus taxes. She told me she could do nothing but could possibly make the next orders right. It isnt fair for me or for other customers to be charge extra without them knowing. I know this is just a small amount but little things matter if you guys want your business to prosper. For an asst manager I expected a better customer service and decision making for simple things like this. I will not recommend this place to my friends until customer service gets better.

By far the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with, to the point my wife & two kids didn't get to eat because the delivery driver was so arrogant & gangsta I had to close the hotel door on him...well done Pizza Hut, & well done The Pas...ps this is just the beginning of my rant.

Atmosphere only gets a 3 since it is located in a gas station and you really can't eat and enjoy the atmosphere.

Main ingredient is grease in the pizza, can barley taste the topping bc of the Grease.Good fast service thou, love the giant cookie dessert!

Tried something new! Ordered on line and did pick up. Did the Triple treat box. Not bad for what u get. If there was a drink option, would be perfect. It's a good spread. Lil something for everyone

If you want to wait forever, and wait a little bit longer than that (because the staff also forgets what you ordered) then this is the place to go. If you want competent service, go elsewhere.

Phenomenon pizza and friendly staff! The only issue is they're very short staffed and over worked so orders take about 40 minutes longer than estimated for pick up...
