The sales rep Karen sold my parents a package trip to Cuba without letting them know the most important details. Both of my parents are in their 70's and they are not tech friendly at all. As a family member I believe to stay in touch with the loved ones are a paramount. Both my parents phone has been off since they got to Cuba, and I had trouble getting in touch with the hotel, called over 50 times over 3 days but got through once and the hotel rep didn't speak English and just hung up. So I decided to call the travel agency where my parents got the trip from. When I spoke to Karen, she didn't feel that it was important to let them know about hotel not having a wifi or hotel staff not speaking English. She told me over the phone that she doesn't think it's important to explain about hotel not having a wifi or that none of the hotel reps spoke English. But for me it is important as for me, the only way to communicate is through an app kakaotalk" which requires wifi connection.I understand Cuba is a different scene compared to the other Caribbean countries. 6 days later

Karen helped my parent cancelled flights in last min. she is so helpful and with many years of experience. certainly recommend Earl Warren Travel !!
