Rude and utterly useless. Wasted my time going to trying to get help with going back to school. My assigned case worker laughed and rolled her eyes at parts of my resume right in front of me. After taking an admissions mathematics test at st clair she was suppose to receive my test results and call me. After waiting several weeks with no contact I got ahold of them and was told my worker left because she was pregnant and they couldnt find my paperwork. Total waste of time ever bothering with uhc, I got my hopes up for nothing. Completely unprofessional operation.
