Amazing experience! I sat at the bar on a weekend evening and the bartender Brooke provided excellence service. She always ensured I had a drink, and a water. Brooke made fantastic cocktails, both from the menu and free- hand when I requested she made me a surprise drink. Will definitely return- thanks Brooke!

This place is so pretty. Love the live music they have on Thursday(?) nights. Food is delicious! Wine is great and the vault downstairs is very cool. Great space to rent for events!

Food is ok and the menu selection is limited. It's a convenient spot if you are staying at the hotel but I'd rather go elsewhere. There are so many better spots to check out when downtown.

Amazing staff, drinks and food. First ever place that made drinks with good amount of alcohol for the money they charge. Food was very tasty and the staff were very friendly. We visited the vault downstairs and its a must see. It’s so nice to see age old vault still intact.

Came here at 10pm for a late night drink and snack. We weren’t seated and were told to sit “wherever” after standing around for 5 minutes or so.We ordered a starter and a pizza after waiting another 10 minutes for someone to come take our order. We weren’t told of any issues or delays, and were told the food “wouldn’t take long”.After waiting over 50 minutes, I was able to finally flag down a staff member who told me “sorry there is only one chef for the whole hotel, there’s nothing I can do”.Could you have said this when we sat down? When we ordered? After we waited 30/40 or 50 minutes?After 1 hour, 10 minutes, the food finally came, and was bland, salty and poorly seasoned. We asked for some more water after an hour waiting, and were told “wait.. 2 minutes”. 20 minutes later we finally got some water to go with our salty food.Overall a terrible experience, poor communication and average food. Won’t be coming back again.It could have been worse, the person behind me waited over an hour for a scoop of ice cream!

Really beautiful place to enjoy dinner. Ate here alone and didn't feel at all uncomfortable. Staff were friendly. Food was delicious and prompt. Drinks were good. I'd come here again. I felt like royalty!

The drinks and food were a bit disappointing in general. The burger was dry and overcooked. The wings had great flavour and a good sauce but were dry as well. The oyster buck a shuck and the service redeemed our experience!

This is a great place to hang out at the end of the day. The service is exceptional with everyone keen to ensure you enjoy yourself. We ate here several times and the food was delicious. Loved the pizza and fish tacos particularly.
