We got married in Pemberton in June 2022 and Carlee made our whole day run smoothly! We were very happy we chose her Day of Coordinator Plus package for the extra support in the final month leading up to the wedding. Carlee is professional with amazing attention to detail. We really appreciated her advice and guidance while planning our wedding. As the bride, I had no stress at all on my wedding day. All of our guests told us they had a wonderful time and the day flowed really well. Carlee took care of everything! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

We went into the planning of our wedding thinking that we would not hire a day of coordinator. Around 6 weeks out from our wedding day when we began to realize all the pieces that would need to fall into place to ensure that our big day ran smoothly.After our first phone call with Carlee we knew that we had made a great decision. Carlee asked great questions and gained a strong understanding of what was important to us. She understood what we wanted our venue to look like and also the experience that we wanted for our guests. After phone calls, emails and meetings, Carlee met with us one last time before the wedding. We visited the venue together and with all of our decisions finalized, she went through every detail to ensure that we were comfortable and in case we had any last minute questions. Thanks to Carlee, we did not just have a great wedding day but also the days leading up to the wedding. We were able to enjoy the time with our family and friends who had come from all over the world to celebrate with us. We cannot express how happy we are that Carlee was part of our wedding.

Carlee at Pocketful Productions is FABULOUS!! 100% would recommend her to anyone! I am a very picky person that likes everything to be perfect and I like being in control. Handing over the reins to my wedding wasn't going to be easy for me- but after the first conversation with Carlee I knew I could easily hand it over to her and it would be in great hands! Carlee is beyond sweet and so easy to work with! Her attention to detail is spot on! She did everything I asked with ease and a smile on her face. I literally never had to worry about anything she was in control of. The rehearsal and the day of the wedding were so smooth and it was all because of Carlee! My wife and I planned a destination wedding in Whistler, BC, in February 2023. After a bit of searching online, we elected to hire Carlee for her Day-Of-Coordinator services, since we already had most of the details of our wedding sorted out but really needed a coordinator to tie everything together and make it all flow together on the big day. She was on top of everything from start to finish! After our hand-off Zoom meeting ~3 weeks prior to our wedding, she routinely checked in to see if any changes needed to be made, she walked us through the timeline nearly down to the minute, and she liaised with all of our vendors on the finer details. In spite of how stressful you might think planning a destination wedding is, Carlee really impressed us with the way she put our minds at ease; we never once had any doubt that she was tracking on every detail. Furthermore, she put together such a stunning ceremony area and reception venue--she turned our vision into a reality. I was also very pleased with the way that she very neatly organized and packed up all of our decor post tear-down (really satisfied the OCD side of me). Carlee exceeded all expectations. I like to consider myself expert level organized and a total planner, but I would have been lost without Carlee's calm demeanor, knowledge of the sea to sky landscape and vendors, and passion for what she does. We always felt as if we were her only clients because of the time and detail of her replies. We went with the 'Day of Plus' package so she was with us via email and a site visit for the year leading up, then took over all of our final confirmations and planning a month out. This service was truly priceless. The day of our wedding the weather was a bit crazy and she kept me calm and talked with the venue to hold off setting up our rain plan until the last possible moment. Everything worked out beautifully - all thanks to Carlee. Her and her team even made a trip to McDonalds to pick up orders for 150 people at the end of the night! Then continued to tear down and pack everything up with organization and love. I could go on and on about all of the moments she made special for us that wouldn't have been possible without her. Carlee gave us fantastic wedding planning services. She provided us with exactly what we needed to support us while planning the best day (so far!) of our life. We had meetings prior to our wedding where Carlee made sure we were on track and not forgetting important details. On the day of our wedding Carlee and her assistant provided support to ensure everything went logistically smoothly. Part of what made our day so great was getting to not worry about the small details that Carlee was able to manage for us. We also went off script and ditched many traditional elements of a wedding and Carlee was easily able to accommodate all of our quirks. If we were to do it all over again we would certainly include Carlee as our planner.

Carlee was fantastic!When our venue required a Day-Of Coordinator, we met with a few different businesses before talking to Carlee. We instantly knew she was the right fit for our small, relaxed, cozy winter wedding in Whistler. Not only did she make the day of incredibly stress-free and managed to balance the herd-of-cats that is my family with the military organization of my husband's family so that everyone was able to just enjoy their day and know that everything was covered, she also took my vague idea of a frosty winter forest" idea and my crate of borrowed assorted candles and votives and put together an absolutely stunning rooftop ceremony and s'more space and cozy family dinner.I can not hype her up enough - if you are getting married in the Whistler/Shuswap area
