Constantly putting notifications in people’s boxes that pkgs are there, but then tell us to come back hours later to get those pkg’s because they’re not ready yet… how about you just work on the pkg’s individually like you’re supposed to, instead of in bulk so that people get the notification WHEN the item IS actually ready for pickup… maybe then you wouldn’t have everyone showing at the same time to get them… It’s not exactly rocket appliances, but sometimes you’d swear it is…

Store allows employees to work without a mask in the middle of a pandemic and despite mask by-laws. This is the third time I have been in and seen a particular employee serving customers maskless. This is reckless, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Will be writing Canada Post and the Base Commander.
