SOS Réparation Informatique Express

Mon mini PC a soudainement cessé de fonctionner. Roulette à l'écran pendant des heures... J'ai confié le travail à cette entreprise, qui a réussi à le rendre opérationnel à nouveau, très rapidement. Rachid a pris le temps de bien m'expliquer la situation et il m'a rappelé quand j'avais des questions. Je suis très satisfait du service personnalisé et professionnel!

I do not recommend this place at all. He doesn't call you back when he says he will. I had to ask 4 time for a estimate after the diagnostic. I drove 1h to get my computer and 5 minutes before the meeting he tested me he couldn't show up and said he would call me the next day. The next day I called him and no answer. Later I get a text saying he isn't open today and that actually, the screen he change on my laptop wasn't the right one.When I finally got my computer back (without a working screen) it was scratch and the screen was filthy with fingerprints everywhere.I had my computer look at by an other technician who said the screen doesn't need to be change, just some other parts on the mother board. He's a waist of money and time. Also he's work station is filed with junk everywhere! ( broken iPad screens, wire's on the floor, old.computer on the ground...)

The technician is extremely knowledgeable and rapid. He was able to solve a sound problem when I thought I would have to replace the system.

Thank you for saving me man! my computer was horribly slow, he did an absolutely fantastic job reinstalling my PC at a great price! cant beat that. honest guy, gave me tips how to maintain the computer that I didnt know before! I Would totally recommend you. My PC is up and running like new! Definitely worth it.

I wasted 6 hours on my own trying to figure out whats the problem with my laptop, then I brought it here for repair and he got it fixed in 15 min on the spot while i was waiting, WOW, thats amazing, and at a great price on top of that! Highly recommended store, Thanks.

J’ai fait appel à cette entreprise car perte des données de mon ordi et plus rien ne fonctionnait (qui a quelques années) . Un excellent service : le responsable , monsieur Rachid s’est déplacé afin de prendre l’ordi à réparer et le déposer une fois la réparation effectuée.Un service courtois, prix très raisonnable et l’ordi fonctionne à merveille.Comme cliente qui ne s’y connaît pas, la crainte est :1) ne rien comprendre aux explications et 2) devoir défrayer des coûts exorbitants. CE QUI N’A PAS ÉTÉ LE CAS.Monsieur Rachid s’y connaît, il explique son travail (avec preuve à l’appui), patient et surtout très efficace.Un service rapide et il me contacte afin de m’expliquer les étapes de réparations. Je vous le recommandé fortement . Un excellent service professionnel. Dans cette ère où l’on se débarrasse de tout .. son prix de réparation m’a permis de conserver un ordi , qui, même s’il a quelques années fonctionne maintenant à merveille. Un grand merci … sortez vos appareils et donnez leur une deuxième vie à prix tres raisonnable et qualité du service !

Un service rapide et efficace en informatique qui vient vous rencontrer à domicile. J avais un ordinateur super tortue et maintenant je peux l utiliser.C est la deuxième fois que Rachid répare l un de mes ordinateurs et je suis bien satisfaite de la façon que je peux continuer à utiliser mes ordinateurs.

Mes attentes du service à domicile de SOS Informatique ont été littéralement surpassées. Inquiet des performances dégradées de mon vieux MacBook, le professionnalisme, les interventions et le tarif prohibitif de Rachid m'ont rassuré en donnant à mon ordi une nouvelle durée de vie active.
