Super professional, very kind employees, and very relaxing environment; HOWEVER, the service was not acceptable. I felt like I could've done a better job at home after 2 hours of getting acrylic nails. The electric filing and buffing was SOOO hard on my nails that I started to bleed. (Other salons are very gentle and keep asking if you're okay). There was almost a hole/dent in my thumb nail because of how much pressure she was applying, so she applied something so it doesn't get infected and its extremely painful and still stings me. She left glue all around my nails and didn't clean it up either. I left unsatisfied with super rough-looking nails. As much as I enjoyed the environment, I would not recommend this place due to their poor quality results.

The ladies who were working were lovely and professional, however there is a major quality issue here. I am new to the area and brought in a photo for reference of what I wanted. Everything from the shape to the simple design was off. I asked for a standard almond shape and it is so bumpy, uneven and poorly executed. Some nails are even longer than others. It took over 2 hours to complete and the lines of the design are sloppy and the French on one side of the nail starts at a different point than the other. I will say the nail tech did ask me if they are ok as we went on, but I did not speak up which is my fault. I did see the pride in her work and didn’t have it in me to critique or sit through an uncomfortable situation. The worst part was that the bill was $90. I was so dissatisfied, but did not speak up sooner and it was not the appropriate time for me to say anything. I wish I would have known the price before hand, because my standards would have reflected the cost.

I LOVE this place. I get my eyebrows done here all the time and the staff is so friendly, I always have a great experience. There is one lady in particular, she always refers to me as “my dear” who does my eyebrows the best. I forgot to ask for her name last time because I want to book all my future eyebrow appointments with her, so if she sees this please let me know so I can book with you next time!!!!

THE HOUSE OF TORTURE - not the beauty.Terrible experience! They completely destroyed my nails. I asked to change a shellac and she polished my nails up to meat. My nails are completely demaged. They bleed. I can not comb or wash my hair, I can not use my fingers to type on a computer or cell phone. They are in a constant pain and I take medications to alleviate pain and be able to sleep at nights and work during the day time. My nails have never been that ugly. The owner called her place “ House of Beayty”??!!! Really??? LOL I have a different perception of how beauty has to look like. They should not even open that business until they learn some basic skills for a manicure, shellac and customer service skills.After one girl demaged my nails I came back and asked to fix it. You know what the owner said?? She said: “ I can NOT fix it until they grow”.Really? I paid money she asked for. I had beautiful nails before I came to this place. Now, what I got: no nails at all and bleeding ends of my fingers with excruciating pain.AVOID THEM!PS: Terrible service’ avoid them. One of the girls completely destroyed my nails. The owner bagged me to come in and promised to fix...... I came. She fixed .... FOR THE FULL PRICE !!!! So, I paid $90 and she destroyed and I PAID AGAIN to had it fixed!!!!! That’s so unacceptable!

I would like to say that I am using this salon ONLY for waxing. They have reasonable price and good service. I never had any problem with skin after wax etc. Both girls that do my waxing were fast and doing a good job. They don't really clean wax from your body but I don't mind that, the hair is gone :)For the nails, I did once just nail polish on my nails and second-time shellac on my nails. It was like 5 years old was doing my nails. So I give up and I never did my nails again.The salon is clean but has some odor like someone already said, but overall it is a nice and clean space.

I'm so disappointed with the service I received... I booked a mani/pedi appointment here for the 1st time and it will definitely be the last. I kept having to correct the work of my nail technician as she either didn't notice her mistakes or didn't care to fix them. Despite having to continually correct her, I left the salon with uneven nails, uneven french tips, lumps and bumps all over my nails and specks of my old red polish (clearly visible) under the french manicure. She didn't even care enough to remove all the previous polish properly, and it got to the point where I didn't even say anything because I just wanted to be out of there ASAP. Book an appointment at your own risk...

I love love love LOVEEE this salon and spa. The employees are profesional but also extremely friendly. They do an amazing job in every service they offer. This was my shellac manicure done a week ago and it still looks brand new. I recommend this salon to everyone!!!!

I’ve had many pedicures at different places BUT never felt relaxed. This place was sooo relaxing, where I almost fell asleep. The music, gentle touch, overall atmosphere was top notch!!And a bonus I was able to get in within 10 minutes of calling. Will definitely be back:)

First time getting lashes done here. My mother's first time ever. We both had an amazing experience. We didn't wait too long from the time we checked in. The staff are so friendly and kind. The owner Itrat, is the sweetest women. Hearing her story of how she opened her business and her passion is wonderful. For a small business that has only been open for almost two years, I give huge kudos to her. Keep up the good work.
