Erin Santos

My name is Brendan Kalijundic , I am the owner of 2 Martial Arts schools in Port Perry and Bowmanville and also compete as a professional Muay Thai and MMA Fighter. Having a proper plan to help balance my life , training and business and having someone help guide me and juggle all these things and goals I had has been key! being mentally focused and having a proper plan to accomplish my goals was what I needed and what Erin helped me with ! I took a couple years off of competing after being knocked out and also gained about 40lbs.. focusing just on coaching and realizing some of the mistakes I made previously in training it came down to mindset and being mentally focused and ready to compete at that high level and having my head in the right spot with no distractions so I started working with Erin 5 months before I would plan on stepping back into the ring and she would help me set the proper goals as well as help me make a plan to properly focus and make it happen! I saw my goals more clearly and was able to accomplish them with a clearer more relaxed mind! I highly recommend seeing Erin and getting her to help you with whatever goals it is you want in life! I have my fighters see her as the mind and brain and mental focus is one tool not trained enough in our sport or if at all and thats what Erin does!
