We had Floortrends Bowmanville replaced the carpet and hardwood flooring of our home with vinyl flooring. Mike G and Kim were professional and provided an outstanding job of explaining everything evolved with our choice. James and Shane were very competent, polite and hardworking. They left our garage nearly as clean as when they arrived. We were extremely pleased with the quality, accuracy and speed of installation. Thank you all for made it so easy for us!

I had a very positive experience getting carpet installed in a bedroom. I had a short time frame which was asking a lot, but they came through with a quality job. I dealt with Brandon for the entirety of the sales experience and am grateful for how courteous and accommodating he was. The installer was very professional and did an awesome job. Thank you!

We needed our 2nd floor flooring replaced. Cameron at Floortrends in Bowmanville is the best. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what he had. Even gave us a few suggestions. Once the order arrived, the two installers, Ryan and Richard, did a fabulous job. They came in quiet as mice and went to work. They took great care in handling the material. The hardest part of our flooring replacement was the stairs. I picked a carpet with a pattern. R&R did such a professional job. The transition from the laminate flooring to the carpet is seamless. We are 110% happy with the work. We will be requesting R&R to install flooring for our main floor in the new year.

Recently had a bathroom floor installation ( March 20/23). The two man team arrived on schedule. They were polite, efficient and congenial! Most noteworthy though was the skill and perfection to which they held themselves. The job left nothing to the imagination. Whatever I was going to ask them , or suggest that they do , they had done.Re: the 6 ft. marble topped 275 lb vanity: they disconnected, moved it out and then following the installation of the floor, moved it back in, reconnected; as well they removed and reconnected the toilet....super job. I would recommend this father and son team anytime. Bravo gents. It was a pleasure having you visit our home and meeting you. The tiled floor looks terrific. Thanks.Debbie and Fred Mandryk

We were so impressed by our experience with Floortrends. We dealt with Brandon at the Bowmanville store and his customer service was amazing! We weren’t placing a big order, but Brandon was very responsive and professional and we really appreciated everything he did for us. Definitely would come back for our next flooring project.

I just had a porcelain tile floor installed by Floortrends Bowmanville in my new sunroom. I have included one 'before' and two 'after' photos. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Kim was the main contact person for me and everything was coordinated beautifully. Everyone I interacted with at Floortrends was professional, friendly and helpful. Horace, the installer, did a great job, as you will see from the pictures below. I would not hesitate to use Floortrends again, and I highly recommend their products and their services.

We have had a great experience at FloorTrends. We redid a room in our basement and Cameron helped us find a great floor within our budget. Because of that wonderful experience, we decided to get the basement stairs redone (very necessary!) and again, Cameron went above and beyond to help us complete that potentially expensive job within our budget and in a time efficient manner. Our installers, Richard and Ryan, were friendly, courteous and professional and did a fantastic job! We will be back at FloorTrends the next time we have ANY flooring needs! Thanks guys!!

The last photo was before. Cameron at Floor Trends and his installers did a wonderful job putting our new carpet in, even with the stairlift there. I raised the legs and they had little difficulty in making our stairs look amazing. Thank you Kim and Kevin
