Pathetic.We have an issue with our pool called them to see if they would be able to do the job. The person on the phone says will call back and let us know. Today shows up at the house goes to the back yard towards the without letting the owners (us) know and my kids are that and is someone is in the backyard in the pool checking the liner. My husband goes to the back to ask them who they are. The guy has no manners goes to get his work order and then says he doesn't have time for this and walks off.... Just because we asked him who he was???? FYI you cannot trespass on someone property and than be all nasty.Horrible.

Brent and his employee did a marvelous job of installing our new pool liner. He also repaired our pool pump [no charge] at the same time. Can't imagine why there are so many negative reviews here. Brent has been prompt and courteous in all our dealings.

Brent is hard working and will go out of his way to help you if he can. The staff staff at Martin Pool Service have always done an excellent job maintaining my families pool and I've seen them arrive after dark. Good thing for outside lights. I suspect many of the people complaining are only telling half truths. I asked about the store being closed early and sadly that was a staffing issue (which was promptly taken care of once he was made aware). Keep up the great work!!

BEWARE! This business is not to be trusted.The owner is extremely unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive and completely incapable of communication.Scheduled for pool service in early May. Failed to show up several times and finally made it out for 30 minutes the second week of June. Failed to show up time after time again after that resulting in several water delivery and pool heater technician cancellations and re-bookings. No show June 18th and left us high and dry.Spare yourself the stress and hassle of dealing with this loser and hire a *real* professional - this is not that guy!

I trust Martin Pools 100% with all of my pool service needs. Fast, responsive, top quality work at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Martin Pools to everyone.

The owner of Martin Pool Service & Supply has proven to be an extremely reckless, ignorant and disrespectful simpleton. I would not refer this business to anyone.While this fool was driving his truck on a weekday morning with his company name plastered on it, MUCH FASTER than he should have been down a RESIDENTIAL area, within a SCHOOL ZONE, he quickly approached my friends and I crossing the street with our children (all under 4 years old). He deliberately came closer than he should have to our group, and then proceeded to SPEED up intentionally while driving past us as he was enraged that we were crossing in an area without a crosswalk.We obviously take the utmost care in determining whether it is safe to cross with our young children in this area (McDonald Blvd & Acton Blvd), and had he not been negligent and breaking the law by speeding, he would not have made any contact with our group whatsoever as we would have already crossed the street.One friend contacted him by phone after the incident, and he hastily responded by basically saying his friends actions were justified under the circumstances.By no means is speeding by children who are trying to cross in an attempt to “teach us a lesson” a justified action on the way to a pool servicing .Thankfully no one was hurt, however, one day, sadly, someone will get hurt. It is unbelievable how this jerk reacted to the situation, and I am disgusted by his behaviour and actions.

They were scheduled to come open my pool, took the day of f work sat in the backyard waiting for them from 8am -6pm.No one showed up! No courtesy call! And no pick when you call them.Finally they picked up 2 days later person on the phone said was too busy to talk to me and gave me attitude, yelled at me and hung up.Worst place EVER DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This business owner is not fit to serve the public. He does not take responsibility for his actions and gets irate and irrational when questioned about his lack of service. Requested he order a part on our behalf, tried to pick it up a week later only to be told the part was not ordered. He became enraged when questioned. If he simply apologized and ordered the part this review would be very different. We will be going elsewhere for our future pool needs. We were able to get our part in Georgetown with same day service!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The owner of the company drives like a complete idiot. Came racing down the road at ridiculous speeds while our kids were crossing the road looked like he was going to hit them and then peeled off passing. When owner was confronted over the phone he was extremely rude and ignorant. I refuse to hire any company where the owner has complete lack of respect or disregard for childrens safety. Our children were not in the wrong crossing he was not even on the street yet as we started to cross. Completely disgusted.

The best pool service out there. We tried them all, Martin pool owner is very knowledgeable, pleasant and he really listens and really helps. Every time we go, whatever the issue, the product he gives us always works. Thanks a million!
