That Storage Place
I only used That Storage Places services for a year, but it was fantastic. They were so easy to deal with, their prices were unbelievably affordable, especially for how above and beyond they were. I left without locking my unit one day and within 20 minutes I had an email telling me I had done so. Had it not been for that I surely would have left it unlocked for at least a few weeks. They are constantly keeping the facility clean and tidy and making sure units aren't obstructed by snowfalls. Simply outstanding.

I am beyond impressed with my experience at that storage place. Mark has got to be one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. he opened up the place on his day off for me because i was coming from out of province. He went far above what was expected. I would highly recommend if you need a storage unit.

Not sure what you can say besides that it was a good experience. The management staff was very friendly and helpful, access was easy and the storage area was spotless. Would definitely use them again!

Very good service. I forgot to replace the lock after a visit and within a few hours I was contacted and asked if they should lock it up for me. If you need clean, accessible storage, I recommend for sure. Nice to see someone pays attention and puts service first.

We would highly recommend using these storage units. The units are clean and very accessible. We rented a heated and non heated for our storage needs. The owner Mark and his office staff were friendly and very eager to help with any questions we had.

We rented for a heated unit for 6 months. I reserved online through their website and did about 10 minutes of paperwork when I was ready to use the unit. I could manage my payment method online as well, which was good for me. Received a partial refund when I left mid-month (which I was NOT expecting). Best place in town in my opinion.Thanks to the staff there for making this super easy and convenient.

Excellent local storage place! Extremely helpful and responsive staff, well maintained premises, clean units, and a convenient location by the highway. Very flexible with contracts and cancellation notice. Our unit was spacious and fit the equivalent of what we could cram into a 15' U-Haul truck.

Definitely recommend that storage place! They have been absolutely great! If I ever need a storage again I will be returning to them!
