SUPER RUDE MANAGER. Won't be going here again. Support local instead of chains and go to Quality Garden and Pet in Gibsons or All For Pets. Only thing they have going for them is the dogbath but you can't even use that right now. ZERO STARS. Also, the prices are more expensive than local stores. This place gets a big fat BOOO!

Lots of stock and very helpful.

Was bathing my dog (a 70lb husky x malamute cross) at this store, and was kicked out with a wet dog after being told the bath was only 45 minutes. Wasn't told about this before starting the bath, and it was frustrating and dissapointing as my dog could easily develop skin problems or get mold on his fur because of this. We won't be going back to this store.

Manager unhelpful and rude. Will shop elsewhere for my dogs needs.

November 25/2021: I am updating my previous review to reflect my recent experience and further disappointment with this store. I was relying on it as it is the only pet store in town who stocks the wet food my cats prefer. The tins of the brand, however, are not sturdy and are often dented so as your finger can fit in the dent which can cause spoiling of the food (per Canada Govt public health food safety)- something I do not want to risk with my cats. I painstakingly go through the 60 or so cans I buy a month for my cats in the store to check for dents and frequently at least 30% of the cans are dented on the shelf. I also ensure they are tight in the bag leaving the store and stowed so as not to roll around in my car. All this after the salespeople have often just tossed the cans in the bag so that they bash against each other. On occasion when I get the cans home, I have found a can that is deeply dented so have returned them with the receipt. The last time I was in the store buying some of the $200 plus a month I spend on cat food at this store, and was NOT returning any cans, the manager told me that I could no longer return dented cans because we don't' know what's happened to them after they leave here." She repeated this three times when I did not respond. If she had told me the manufacturer no longer accepts returned cans

Wow...this place, and like their other locations, does not disappoint! The lady was so friendly and helpful, and I was in and out of there in 5 mins. Thank you for your assistance and professionalism that didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Greatly appreciated
