The older lady who put in my nose jewellery for me was super kind and explained everything I needed to know about aftercare. The assistant or receptionist however, the younger girl with long brown hair was so so disrespectful. I walked in asking her a question and she rolled her eyes at me. I asked her a question when in the waiting room and she outright ignored me. It was absolutely humiliating. I would recommend coming here a day she isn’t working, because these people genuinely have the kindest woman working with some stunning jewellery. The assistant absolutely turned me away however. Would not come back, but good if you’re looking for something quick.

My experience with South Of Heaven was awesome. I called the shop after I wasn’t able to re insert one of my nipple piercings after taking it out to clean it. Terri was extremely helpful over the phone and incredibly understanding. She told me I was able to come down to the shop right away and she would be able to put the jewellery back in. Once I got there, Terri took me into one of the piercing rooms promptly and put the jewelry back in right away. She was very informative and wrote down all the information for me to keep. This was my first time visiting the shop and it was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a tattoo and piercing shop. I will definitely be coming back to see Terri again, and am looking forward to getting additional piercings and tattoos done.Thank you Terri!! You made my Christmas!

Shop was clean, staff were very friendly and I love my new tattoo and it has healed beautifully. I'd highly recommend this shop.

I had my nose re-pierced (it closed up). Terri was amazing, explaining every step of what she was doing.The location is clean, convenient and scheduling an appointment was convenient through their website.The only negative were the jewelry I chose, because the top that screws onto the main part came off. Otherwise, it was a good experience!

Always phenomenal service from Terri, you don't just feel like a client there but a friend. She has always been a joy to work with and is really informative, piercings I got didn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought and was very quick but thorough with me! And every time me and my girl went back to change rings or seek help she has been above and beyond great. Cant wait till I come back next!

I’ve been coming to south of heaven for the past 3 years, and they definitely made a loyal customer out of me. The service is exceptional all staff members are extremely professional and friendly. I’ve gotten many piercings done by terry and some tattoos from Sean and Red.Red worked with me to create a memorial piece for my grandfather and when I was unsure of the look of it the artist made sure my opinion was what counted and that I was happy with what I want. He did a great job on my 4th piece and I’ll be coming back for more for sure!!! They really work well with what the client wants and the artists are very talented and create beautiful work.

I’ve seen Terri for my last 6 piercings. She is phenomenal, maps out my ears so I can visualize what I would like! She is quick, professional and efficient, makes the experience next to pain free. She has always accommodated me into her schedule as well. Have had great experiences with her!

I was told to come here by a friend and I was not disappointed at all! Terri was so informative and helpful during the piercing process, she made sure that I was comfortable and explained the risks of each piercing before I went through with it.
