I’m very disappointed by the service I received from this company. They installed my windows and 4 or 5 broke during installation. The installers even told me that I had to pay extra to add silicone around the windows!!! So my windows aren’t even sealed yet after 2 months!! I just can’t believe it. I waited for someone to call me to come replace them and after a month I decided to call. The installers never relayed the message to the company so they had no idea. I spoke to a woman who told me I was going to receive a call in 24-48 hrs. Nobody called me. When I called back thankfully my salesperson answered and apologized and said he was going to fix the situation. Again I was told that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment for the window replacement and nothing yet. I don’t know what to say. I spent 9000$ but I regret it. Pay a bit more and get better service and windows. pictures show cracked window sill and piece already coming apart.

We had a good experience with this company.There was a sizing issue when the product was first delivered, but Futura found a solution with lightning speed. They ensured our project could be completed on time.Thank you Tony and Rafael for making sure our new windows look and function perfect!

Our experience in store with the salesperson was pleasant, efficient and informative. Once our order was submitted the after sales service was very disappointing.Full payment was taken on the first day of installation but the team only completed the work four months later because of cold weather. The team beginning the work with it not possible to complete shows the basic lack of planning with this company.The windows that remained to be installed were stored in our garage throughout the winter months making it impossible to park inside. Because the work was stopped half way through completion, the house was a mess during the holidays.In the end, from date of payment to complete installation, approximately four months of waiting, little follow-up and frustration.Pricing is not competitive enough to warrant this low level of service. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I've been calling sending messengers over 5 months cause window lost his gaz and they don't even bother. No good service at all.

We purchased 10 windows from this company with installation. Worst company ever. We are calling them for 6 months to fix one of the windows which has a crack. No calls. No one cares. Don't waste ur money.

At this place I did two windows for my basement few years back. I paid about 1400 dollars for those two window. The cam lock on one window broke. I went to this place to get replacement. They did not have it. They just said we don't have it. They did not even give me chance to discuss how we can solve this issue. They were completely uncooperative.

Got my sous-sol window replaced by this company, until now no problem. The installation was done the same day in couple of hours. Thanks Futura for providing a great service and good quality window.

Ordered my door and side lite May 2022, supposedly to be delivered August, finally they deliver Oct 7 or about. I had to pay before delivery and they wanted me to unload the door. I removed temporary door only to find out it was wrong color and 24 inches too wide. Yes 2ft wider than requested. Now we are Mid November still no door. I recommend to stay away from these clowns. i will be taking legal action soon
