The owner and allot of the staff are great but the so called GM there is extremely unprofessional and rude to everyone he talks to. I personally saw him yell at a man with disabilities in front of the whole showroom as well as talk down to his staff multiple times. You would think a dealer based off a small community like Devon would have someone better representing them.

If I could give negative I would. Incredibly pushy and claimed I was just credit seeking when I told them I wasn’t interested in the options they gave me. Technically ran my credit even after I said I wanted to back out.

One of the sale guys name Blake got hold of me about a truck I told him what I was looking for price on trade for my truck he then said he need the Vin and picture to make sure the truck was what I was saying it was. Today I get alert from Tran union that there was a credit inquiry done with out my consent when I message Blake about it I got told they don't need my consent to do a credit inquiry
