Don't think twice before going to this small owned family restaurant. It's really worth it. Very cozy environment. Food is fresh and the taste is really great. Jason the owner is extremely friendly and kind. Never go wrong with Portuguese food. Prices are convenient. I highly recommend it . It is my #1 place now for Portuguese dishes. Next time I will try the sea food. Stay tuned.

Its usually really busy. We don't eat in here we always get takeout. But trust me when I say this they have the best chicken in Hamilton. I love their bbq sauce. I have a whole bottle of it at home.

Amazing food traditional Portuguese chicken potatoes rice... the sauce on the chicken is absolutely to die for. I recommend this place to everybody. This would be a 5-star post but when I went to get this food I had to wait nearly an hour. And I called 45 minutes in advance... the food is absolutely delicious one of the best in Hamilton would be nice if they had some extra waiter waitress or bartender. Noticed people were trying to get the guy's attention. I bet you if you bring in some help in the busy times.. you will sell three times the amount of alcohol you're selling now. Anyway great place recommend to everybody to at least try once amazing recipe original. Keep up the great work

Friendly n quick pick up service. Roasted rabbit was fine similar tasting to chicken. B careful eating there’s lots of unexpected tiny bones. Came with rice n potatoes. Big portion got 3 meals out of it.

Very hard to find good Portuguese restaurants. When you find one then you pass the name around. Hidden gem in Hamilton. Great place with no decoration but amazing food. Service is outstanding and polite. Found it by accident and I love hood accidents. Located in Hamilton near the main hospital on Barton. Not the best area but it is worth paying a visit. Best Portuguese restaurant in Hamilton period

When you go there you will likely see a bunch of older Portuguese men watching soccer and arguing about who knows how to patch a driveway better. This can be off putting if you are expecting a fine dining experience. However, if you want very, very high quality food big on taste and quantity + good price this place is where I go. Everyone I take there says “not for a date but I am coming back”.

Fantastic Portuguese food. The son of the family runs the dining area and is very attentive and nice. Prices are good. Just came from there with a family member. Definitely check this place out for a good meal in Hamilton. Chicken is amazing.

We tried the chicken,potatoes and salad for the first time tonight and it was all so delicious.This chicken was the most flavourful Portuguese chicken we have ever had.Can't wait to have this again.10/10

This restaurant is a gem! Attended for lunch (half chicken dinner), and asked for cod cakes to takeout as I heard they were delicious). Great service, and even better quality food. Meter parking along Barton or on side streets (1-2 hours). Almost directly across from General Hospital.Beer/wine available, casual indoor dining.Will be back to try other traditional menu items.
