TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The Worst customer service that I've seen in financial services. I would not recommend dealing with this bank unless you are ready to waste time and like being transferred to all departments because no one seems like they can assist you.

This is one of my favourite branches.One my card was scammed so I passed this branch to fix the issue there was a guy I mean 6.7 feets guy I forgot his name he is the branch manager he helped me and got my account unlocked I really really appreciate that.

Inexperienced agents, useless banking products, no transaction notifications1. They make you visit the branch multiple times for even a simple request as increasing credit limit. If you are unfortunate enough to be received by different agents each time,, then each agent will have different response, adding to frustration.2. Their banking account products are not for a customer- zero savings rate, high entry criteria for a credit card (unsecured only) for temporary resident.3. There are also no notifications provided on debit and credit card transactions which is so archaic. (TD my spend app does nothing to mitigate this problem)4. Moreover, they love their paper print outs for any transaction/ query. They have me a paper print out for a appointment! SMS / email seems out of bounds for these guys.CIBC and even tangerine (without a physical branch) banks provide far better customer service, banking products than TD.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, all my questions were answered clearly and professionally. Also a huge thanks to Mr. Maxime Nadon, he has been very kind and friendly.. Would definitely recommend!

Unprofessional staff, booked an appointment online on the 25th of Feb 2021 @11AMthe agent was supposed to call me @ 11, which he never didI ended up calling the branchthe agent had mistaken the phone appointment for an on-site appointment / and he managed to have the wrong time on the calendar 11:30 instead of 11:00Kudos to TD!!!

Very rude staff, especially the commercial banking manager named Mantu. I would not recommend this branch unless you want to waste time and be transferred back and forth with no results at the end.

I just wasted my time with one xenophobic teller and another that has no experience at all (poor woman). Do yourself a favor an avoid this branch. It might be better if they just close the site and leave the ATM's.

Very unprofessional staff, I've never been treated this way by a bank before. I've waited 4 days for an appointment and on the day of opening the account, the agent was unable to and needed assistance from a commercial banker. I had to wait another 3 extra days to get a hold of the commercial banker that did not want to make any efforts in opening our Commercial bank account and even recommended me to go open our account elsewhere in another bank.Do yourself a favor and go with other banks that cares about your business. Even though the monthly fees of TD seem interesting, the amount of time you will waste when you need service will make this bank account more expensive than any other banks.

I went to this branch to pay the property tax on 27 June 2023 . The teller ( young man ) was very impatient and I had to go to another branch.
