This hotel" gets only 1 star

My company was putting me in this motel and outside of the lady that just started a month ago is very pleasant to deal with that's the only reason to stay here.Out of the 5 rooms that I stayed in ....not one of them... not one had a functioning shower head that didn't leak or worked right.Back in Feb when I first stayed there I made sure the front desk knew about the shower head sprayed more water out of the shower and a broken toilet seat in the room, fast forward to 3 weeks ago and tah dah I get the same room and same problems. I mention it to the front desk and all the guy can say is that explains why the floor is wet"The other night I get a room and I feel bad to the new lady that I was starting to loose my cool as there was no hot water and when I say no hot water I mean there wasn't any water to get hot. No water at all.It's like they just don't care.It use to be such a nice place to stay but well I guess if you need a room your gonna take it.I recommend the place next door or the others I town.I normally don't give negative reviews as I know people try but when a company can't fix a shower head and a toilet seat in 10 months it really shows how much they care about having happy customers."

Big fan of the motel style outside doors. The provided breakfast bag had a good variety inside (muffin, juice, crackers, granola bar, fruit cup)The walls are kinda thin and you can hear people in other rooms. The water takes a really long time to heat up (sometimes not at all) so you might have to take a cold shower :(But still a pretty good option to stay at.

Worst sleep my family has ever had at a hotel. Thermostat was broken and wouldn’t shut off, unbearably hot we had to frequently get up to open the front door. My husband approached the front desk at 11 pm to notify and the agent was sleeping on the desk. Alarm clock went off at 2 am and wouldn’t shut off, the hotel made so many freaking sounds like it was going to fall in. Never again!!! No attempt to rectify the heat issue.

We wish we would have read the reviews before we booked there. Wish I could have given them a 0 star. Extreme maintenance is in need. We had no heat in our room and nothing was done to correct it except to give us portable heater. When I asked for blankets I felt was putting the guy at the front desk out. He was very rude. There are too many issues with this motel to get into but we do not advise anyone to stay there. Very over priced for what you get. Only good thing is the restaurant attached to it which has great food, great portions, great service.

Reasonably clean check in clerk was quite friendly and helpful night check out person not so much had to drive back after work to get a receipt as she couldn't be bothered to email one as promised all in all not great not terrible.

No air-conditioning, but they brought a fan up to my room. The room is definitely decent. They are very friendly and its convenient theres a bar/restaurant in the lobby.No pool or hot tub . No elevator

The rooms were ok but you don't control the heat or air-conditioned. The staff are great , the breakfast is not so great...no fresh fruit.The price is high for the place .
