I ordered take away from this place due to very high reviews.But I was totally disappointed on following accounts,1. This is not a restaurant. It is a grocery shop with a food counter. Which is not a problem.2. We ordered fish fry & fish curry.3. The fried fish as well as fish in curry was stale and not eatable ... also fish pieces were tiny small ones...4. The taste of the curry was also nowhere near malyali curry. It was full of oil and heavy spices ...We had to throw away the main course.5. I also bought some nayyappam from display case and they were very fresh and too good. Adipoli !!6. Banana chips from grocery section were good too.These were saving the grace.I wish owners Good Luck and request to serve fresh fish.

If you’re looking for some authentic Kerala snacks, this is the best option. Their Unniyappam is too yummy. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Must try place!!

Went there to get some Kerala spices and powders of brands like Eastern or Kitchen treasures. There we could find only Tasty Chef brand which we haven't heard about. Also, all the masalas were almost 2 years old and nearing expiry dates.Wouldn't recommend the place for getting such stuff.There is also a food take away counter which we didn't try. So can't comment about it.

Order Appam egg roast combo and Parotta beef combo. Partota, Appam and Beef were so good. Egg roast curry is not good, it is too sweet.

We ordered the combo option of Porotta (3) and Chicken through UberEats. The quantity of the curry was astonishingly less. I am attaching the pics and I’ve kept an orange beside to give a perspective of how small the curry container volume is. I just saw a previous customer review regarding quantity/cost and response from the restaurant about ordering through UberEats and how UberEats charge additional amount. I don’t want to comment about price here, but restaurant owners should think about how can customers possibly have 3 regular size Porotta with such a small quantity of curry (2 small chicken pieces and gravy drenched in oil). The quantity of curry in this container is not even enough for one Porotta, forget three.The other items that I’ve tried from this restaurant is the kizhi chicken/beef biriyani, kizhi Porotta and the soda sarbath., which are good. That’s the reason I’m giving 2 stars, instead of 1. Also the last time I visited the restaurant was in 2022 and I had noticed some food products (flour, curry powder etc) on the shelf were expired. Management should take note of these issues.

The kerala cuisine is tasteful, has a lot of variety , ranging from pakoras to mango pudding which is a must try delicacy .The price range is totally appropriate for the quality of the fresh food and taste.

The best kerala food I have ever had in canada.. fusion fishes like the ossobuco with creamy tapioca are the best.. the veg cutlet is exactly like the ICH cutlet we get back in Kerala which I am a fan of! We order it in dozens almost every weekend.The varaal fry and curry and pothichoru(in quality and quantity both..)are all the best in town..Any issues with the fishes or you need any specified changes, roshan - the Cheff or unnichettan are great help always.

Being a foodie, what I missed the most during my stay in Canada was authentic Kerala food. Nammude kada provides a perfect blend of flavours and riches of homely food in their dishes. Ordered Veg Kerala Sadhya for a function at home. Amazing delicious and authentic Kerala sadhya. Good reviews from the guest. In addition to this, the food was delivered to the house on time. Great food and great customer service.
