Decided to send us a note that they were out of the item we ordered on Ubereats... but still charged us. This level of fraudulent behavior has ensured we will never purchase anything from this establishment again. The presentation of these items was atrocious. It's wrapped in wax paper and taped up. Unwrapping the items has paper sticking to the cake pieces or squishing the items. I'll stick to any other location than this hot mess.Response to Owner:-As per Ubereats:- Restaurants can all update the order and inform customers via the app when items are sold out. Many restaurants have done so for us previously. You chose not to. I hold you accountable for your unscrupulous practice as appropriate because that's what it was.Helping the environment? Lol... you are cutting packaging costs. The paper and plastic tape pieces all over the item are far worse than recycled boxes.Check yourself with these delusions.Thanks.

I like the fact that this location has dairy free options. I got the brown sugar Pearl milk tea with Oat Milk and it was delicious. The decor was also great too inside. The mango smoothie wasn’t as tasty as expected though according to my friend.

Unfortunately, I will not be going back.I buy bubble tea on a regular basis (multiple times a week sometimes). This place used to be good but now they are selling 8$ worth of ice. When I asked the manager if this was the normal amount of ice, she said it was. I finished my tea and 3/4 of my large cup is still just ice. For a drink worth 8$, you are ripping your customers off. They also changed the cups and are no longer see through and there was maybe 25% of the brown sugar when I asked for 100%. If you want good tea, go to the bubble tea place on bramalea and sandalwood or by Dixie and queen. Third picture is after 40 min of driving. That's how much ice they put that it won't melt.

Chatime at this location is alright, but it isn't my favourite bubble tea place in the GTA.The interior of this location looks nice.The drinks are cheaper than other places like Kung Fu Tea but the taste clearly reflects the price.Would I come back? I don't think so.Based on the reviews of others I would not be confident with bringing friends to this location.In my own experience, I didn't like the pearls and the taro slush wasn't blended properly or something. I believe my friends enjoyed their drinks though, so it wasn't a completely negative experience.

Location is nice, open, but my review is based on the drink. I've been to many chatime locations but this is the first time where my QQ drink had so little tapioca/jelly that I was shocked. Compared to the many years of chatime bubble tea I've never had the thought of wow this location is so cheap" come across my mind until now. I will not be returning."

As with other comments in reviews, this location does not follow the requests of its customers. I was there ordering 2 drinks, specifically asking for half sugar and less ice/very little ice, only to realize that my cup was over 1/4 full of ice, along with my wife's. I don't find this issue at other locations, or at competitor branches. Will not be back.

Drinks - 4/5Service - 4/5Ambiance - 4/5Price - Higher EndVisited this chai location in Brampton, and ordered 2 Mango smoothies with boba and coconut jelly. They do not have coconut milk, so we decided to go with Mango Smoothie, with coconut jelly and crystal bobas. The drink was really refreshing and slushy. They also don't have the popping bobas. If you're looking for something with that, this place is no good for you. But overall, with the drinks they're offering it was pretty good and their ambiance is beautiful, you can easily sit there for hours!

Place is always absolutely filthy, washrooms are constantly out of service. The owner/manager is extremely cheap and loves to reuse and recycle day old squishy bobba. Penny pinchers to the max. Disgusting. You’re far better off getting a bubble tea from Oceans next door.

Had the absolute worst experience ever - ChaTime was always my Go-to spot for bubble tea, however, after today I will not be coming here anymore.Staff was ridiculously rude and do not treat their customers with respect. I have the entire incident on video and I am very concerned as employees are getting away with bullying their customers.Do not go to this location unless you want the wrong drink, unless you want poor service, unless you want to get bullied by staff, and unless you want to have the worst day ever.Save yourselves time and do not go to this location. You can find better quality and service elsewhere.

Staff is rude. I order online or through uber eats mostly and the last time i ordered through uber, my drinks had sugar sitting on the bottom, normally they make the drink in the shaker and then put it in the cup so that was odd. Today i ordered online and went inside to get my drink, i go in and tell the guy working that i ordered online and he says oh yeah the girls working on it.. meanwhile she was sitting in the back room on her phone. Then I watched her make my drink and she put everything directly into the cup, sealed it and flipped it around, again the sugar was all sitting at the bottom, btw i ordered a sakura peach green tea, which is supposed to have this ombre look but if you dont make the drinks properly thats not gonna happen. She also had the WORST attitude ever. Just drive to Bolton or Mississauga, you'll be better off and won’t get your day ruined after spending nearly $8-$10 on a drink.
