I would recommend Sam in a heart beat! He’s reliable, extremely talented and the most kind hearted person. My experience working with Sam for our wedding was so memorable. Our music style or shall I say vision for the evening was captured so precisely. Even today when I think of memories of our big day, I truly get emotional thinking of the custom father/daughter song he mixed, and really incorporating so many 50/60’s songs during dinner time. It’s the exact mood I wanted, and he delivered! He listened and understood the importance of capturing those genres of music. Some of my older family members were so impressed with the music as they also felt they could enjoy themselves as the music wasn’t just top songs today. Sam also played around and worked on a custom entry mix for our bridal party! All of our family and friends still tell us our wedding stood out because of the music! Sam really knows how to read a crowd and play the “right” songs at the right time. I recognize our wedding venue was downtown Toronto with a tricky setup, Sam was early, all dressed up, in a fabulous mood and felt more like he was part of our family than a vendor. We’re extremely grateful that we crossed paths with Sam, we would choose him again and again, no questions asked! He’s extremely passionate about his craft, this is the type of human being you want part of your big events. If you are throwing a party and want a memorable night, Sam is your guy!

DJ Sam provided exceptional DJ services at our wedding in October. The music planning app is amazing and easy to use, and helped us ensure he played the music we wanted and what music belonged where throughout the event (from processional, cocktail hour, grand entrances, dinner, and dancing). Sam’s mixes were amazing and kept the crowd engaged and dancing! He doesn’t just play the music, you can tell by the music he mixes/song choices he feels the crowd and knows how to keep the good vibes going. Soiree Entertainment has you covered from start to finish of your event. The photo booth we rented through Sam was a great touch, and ended up being a crowd pleaser throughout the night - we got lots of photos with our family, friends, and loved ones throughout the night to cherish! Sam is very friendly and helpful throughout the planning process and provided us exceptional emceeing services as well.

Sam and Simon DJ'd our wedding and they were absolutely amazing. From the beginning, Sam was very professional and organized and had the right vibe that we were looking for in a DJ. The initial consultation meetings over video helped us gain confidence in Soiree entertainment to create the experience that we wanted for our wedding night. We had high standards given that there were very highly rated reviews and the fact that the music and dance was the most important part of our wedding. Sam and soiree entertainment met our desires and went above and beyond in creating an experience that was even better than we imagined. Sam and Simon constantly checked in during the wedding to make sure that we were having a good time and if any adjustments were needed. Sam was very responsive to song requests and could quickly adapt on the fly. Sam also worked well with all of our other vendors and I received very positive feedback from our venue that Sam was extremely easy to work with. In addition to DJing amazingly, Sam and Simon also found time to capture on video the dances late into the night which were some of the best moments of the wedding. Overall, we were extremely happy with Sam and Soiree entertainment and would recommend them to anyone.

DJ Sam was amazing! We met with Sam before the wedding to discuss our preferences and his app made selecting music genres very easy. Sam took care of the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and the party and hit the mark on everything. Sam would check in with us from time to time to make sure we were happy and the answer was always a resounding yes! Sam did a great job of reading the room and as a result the dance floor was never empty. Our guests were so impressed with the music and told us it was the best dance party ever! We would highly recommend Sam and Soiree Entertainment!

Sam was the DJ at our wedding & did the absolute best job! He was the DJ at my best friends wedding the year before and we knew we wanted to have him do our wedding as well! We had met with him a few times prior to the wedding to discuss what we were hoping for and along with the APP-- he did not disappoint. I had asked for lots of mash ups as well as throw backs and literally there was never a time where someone wasnt on the dance floor. His DJ booth is also white and matched the venue perfectly. He checked in all night to make sure we were happy with the music!! Thanks again Sam :)

Sam and Joe were a 10/10 for our wedding. An absolute dream team. Sam was on the ball. So attentive, responsive and helpful even before booking him. When we began wedding planning, we interviewed quite a few DJs because we didn’t know what to really look for. After speaking to Sam it was very clear which company we were going to work with. Sam made everything so easy for us to organize and plan to fit our vibes and the music tastes of our guests. I loved the planning app that Soirée has because you could basically load anything to it! He knew exactly when to play what songs and adjusted throughout the night. We also did the Photobooth through Sam and let me tell you, it was the best idea!!! It was so user friendly and my guests LOVED that you could get access to the album instantly. I’m so happy that we went with Soirée for music and Photobooth. I’ve still heard from our guests how great the music was and how great the Photobooth was! Sam had the whole place asking for an encore and I want to have another party just to have Sam come and DJ for us again!

If you are looking for a professional experience, this is where you want to go. My wife and I are the owners of Harbour Cheesecake in Port Stanley Ontario. We are in a fund raiser for the CASO Railway Station in St. Thomas Ontario, Dancing with the stars. We had Sam recreate 2 songs into 1 for a unique song for us to dance to. He has been very professional and accommodating to our requests. Thanks again for all that you have done.

Soirée Entertainment beat all of our DJ expectations!! We just got married on Saturday and have received so many compliments for the music played that night. Sam was our DJ - he is so responsive and made the best suggestions leading up to our wedding that made our day so unique. The music app was super simple and captured every planning aspect to ensure the night went off without hiccups. Throughout the night, Sam checked in on us multiple times to see if the music was good which meant the world to us. He showed up with class and his DJ booth is extremely professional. BEST DAY EVER!!
