You do not understand my response. I was using clear my snow for 2 years. They were decent the first year and horrible the last year. They didn’t really clear my snow. Only when the felt like it. Save your money and go with someone else!

I didn't have any issues with their service. They can't be at every home at the same time at the first sight of snow, especially during a big storm. The office people I dealt with were quick to respond and the snow removal was professional and well done. I will be signing up again this year and have recommended them to others.

I have used this snow removal service company for several years and over the past couple of years have been extremely disappointed with their service. Not only have they been consistently late in removing the snow, leaving large piles of snow in inconvenient places but also causing damage to my lawn. Their customer service is also terrible as they are unresponsive and unhelpful when I try to contact them about these issues. I have to call them every time we get a massive dump of snow as they never show up within a reasonable time, not even within 24 hours. And when they respond mentioning the crew will show up shortly, they don’t. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be finding a new snow removal service for next winter.

Good set of guys out there this year. very pleasant and even helped my elderly neighbor in a pinch!

Signed up for their service the first time and I can say their service is quite poor. I am not a crazy picky person and do not expect perfection however I do expect regular clean up and salting since that is what I paid for. We had a major snowfall and no one shows up to clean up. I had to call in to see why the driver never plowed my driveway to which they say they will check and send someone out. Now we just had another major storm that brought freezing rain. My driveway has been an ice rink for 2 days now while my neighbors is clean since he did it himself. I called in and they said they will send someone out, however 6 hours goes by and no one shows up. I called in and they said they could not break the ice so they were waiting for it to melt with warmer weather. Strange especailly since they did not even salt the driveway. I bought salt and did it myself. The most wasted money that I have ever spent.

For the few days of snow this year, I have not had a good experience. My pathway is yet to be cleared after the heavy snowfall yesterday. I made a long trench this morning to get us out this morning and the place is yet to be cleared. No response to phone calls

I have been using this company for four years. In the first year, he really did a good job, but it got worse and worse. No matter how heavy or light the snow is, I have to clean it myself, otherwise I can’t work and live. His service was not a convenience, but a disaster. However, being kind, I still have hope, thinking that they changed to another company, the service will be professional, however, it has been disappointing again and again. I hope that everyone who wants to have service with them need to seriously consider it.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not waist your money!! I am still waiting for my driveway to be done from the storm yesterday! One day of snow fall this year and they didn’t come or answered emails or phone calls! They are paid to do my driveway and steps and well as salt. The company doesn’t answer

My experience with CMS has been great. They cleared my driveway prior to the commencement of the contract. Also, they cleared the mess left by a city plow after already having plowed my driveway before the city plow came by. There was no extra charges for this work.I’ll certainly use them next year.

I wish I had read the reviews closer. They are ridiculously expensive and do not provide value for money. I understand that it takes them time to get to all their clients (24 hours) which is fine but once they are there, I expect them to do a good, complete job as is stated in their contract (truck shovel, hand shovel, salt). I have been back and forth with them for half a day having to send photos to them so that their 'shovel crew' returns to clean my mother's driveway. I would NOT recommend them. Not worth the money and poor customer service.
