Kelly is absolutely amazing!! Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did just that & more. I will never go anywhere else for my nails!! She is very professional and is very meticulous about her work to make sure it was all perfect. 10/10

I was in there today to get my nails done and boy was I impressed. Kelly is amazing at her craft. My nails turned out so beautiful I couldn’t take my eyes off of them. She was very sweet and professional, and was patient with all my requests/indecisive-ness. Both Kelly and Brian are very welcoming. I will definitely be back for my next nail fill. I highly recommend her!

I moved to calgary recently so i was trying out a few different nail salons, and this nail salon is one ot the best! Friendly nail technician and she was so thorough and did a really nice job. Super happy i found this place :)

The staff and services at Milano Nails and Spa are truly outstanding: I had the best pedicure and new set of Solar Powder Nails I’ve ever had, anywhere! The staff are wonderful: they are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My nails are a work of art ♥️♥️♥️

I just got my nails done at this location. Never in my life have I received such unprofessional service. The nail tech pushed me to get something different from what I asked, and I showed her pictures. I told her MULTIPLE times that I didn't like the result. My nails chipped within the first 24 hours. They are so uneven, and when I told her to fix them. She said she couldn’t and to come tomorrow to talk to the manager. The next day I called the very unprofessional manager. She said they spent 2 hours working on my nails and would not fix them. I ask for at least 1/2 of the money back. I paid $85 for nails that I didn't want. I am 19 years old. I work very hard for my money, and I feel this place took advantage of me. I looked forward to beautiful nails, and I got some immature work on my nails. I don't recommend anyone to go there to get their nails done.

From the moment I called Milano Nails & Spa, I was greeting with such kindness! My twin daughters are graduating high school in 3 days, and wanted to treat them to a mani pedi! I spoke to a lovely lady named Kelly, and she was very informative and allowed same day appointment later that afternoon! I was so grateful! My daughters nails looked amazing! She was able to design their nails exactly how they wanted to match their gowns for the banquet! Truly a TALENTED & ARTISITC nail artist! It was beyond expectations! My daughters also stated how well they were treated and their first experience having a pedicure was an amazing one! TOP QUALITY SERVICE and reasonably priced!

I went to Milano Nail salon today and I am dying with my nails literally. I was looking for a professional salon that can fill my full of needs. It was a kinda adventure for me. As always, I was searching some salons and reviews on Google Maps, but then I saw this salon and pic in review. I was like yeah I have to try with this salon, so I make an appointment right away. My technician was Kelly. She was fast, friendly, sweet and too professional. Also, another guy in the salon was talented(I saw his customer's result). She knew what I want, even tho I never mentioned anything. As you can see, the result? Too perfect. This place is my go-to place since today. Thank you!!

Lily was absolutely amazing! Came in with long and grown out nails, came out with a gorgeous new set in only 40 minutes. Designs were perfect and she did replicated my Pinterest photo exactly. So talented!!! Definitely found my new nail salon!!

I love my nails, Lily and vickey are amaizng and are great at shaping and colouring nails. super friendly staff. prices are extremely affordable. you can get points when you get your nails done and get a free pedicure!! overall amazing experience will definitely be going back❤️❤️
