Highly recommend bridal shop!! Jennie is simply amazing! Very helpful and prepared. It was the 3rd reschedule of my appointment and she was very kind and accommodating. I shared with her my preferences and budget, and when I arrived she already have the dresses ready. It’s very tough to find the right dress for me (petite and curvy) and she made it such a fun, enjoyable and easy experience (I normally find dress shopping stressful and overwhelming in general). Jennie made everything light and stress-free! I wasn’t expecting to find my dress and yet I did!! Thank you sooo much Jennie!

I recently shopped at Bergamot Bridal, and I had the absolute best experience!Jennie is so patient, kind, and welcoming and has great energy. She has created such a cozy and comforting atmosphere, which is something I didn't see often during my wedding dress shopping experience around the city. Jennie made dress shopping a lovely and enjoyable experience and was super helpful throughout the process. She knows her stuff! As I tried on dresses, I loved that she explained the differences of how I should expect each to sit/fit on my body once in the correct size and altered.Jennie helped me to find the perfect dress at Bergamot Bridal, and I even came back for a second time to put it on again and choose a veil. Jennie was kind enough to help me take a few pictures. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop to any bride looking to shop in London.

I had a great experience at Bergamot Bridal. It is a beautiful boutique with lots of natural light and a warm inviting atmosphere for brides of all shapes and sizes! It is an intimate space and Jennie takes the time to personalize the experience. Highly recommend!
