I received one of their bags as a gift from my partner (after months of wanting one!) and initially I loved it! The design is so cute. However, the stitching is already coming apart where the handle is sewn to the bag on both sides. I am very disappointed that this is happening when I have only had it for a couple of months.**update!I contacted Ragmaw about the stitching issue, and they are making me another bag with leather sewn over the areas where it was coming apart and sending it to me! Great service, I hope this new bag lasts a lot longer!
