Absolutely excellent staff here. May be routine for them, but this was a series of first time procedures for me. The compassion and kindness offered from 6 of the staff directly helped a lot. Very good experience today.

All the staff I dealt with, from reception to prep and to the Doctors themselves, were very caring. Everything was explained thoroughly and when a problem did arise immediate action was taken. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone suffering a retinal or macular problem. 5 stars for sure!

Easily the most unprofessional clinic I've experienced. They don't do a health screening, so the waiting room had several people who were clearly sick. The healthcare professionals" running the reception desk were more concerned with coordinating their lunch breaks than they were about making sure patients were seen on time.After commiserating with other people who had also spent over an hour waiting

Been going here since 2016 and have had nothing but good experiences (minus the pain of needles in the eye lol). Wait times can be long, but the service and friendliness of staff makes me feel like they really care. Dr. Baker is awesome and always seems very busy but is still up for a little chat. You know he cares about his patients.

This clinic was a fabulous, experience for my mother who is 100 years old. From the reception desk to all the other individuals conducting tests, everyone was kind, caring, helpful, and professional! The staff was wonderful in terms of patiently explaining everything and answering all of our questions.

Great clinic. Not so great parking. But our first visit was well worth it. The front staff were good and Dr. Tennant who treated my husband was very good. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of eye care and/or emergency treatment.

This clinic is so busy with booked patients AND emergency, on call appointments…. its a wonder that they can manage…. Yet they managed to triage my daughter, examine her, forward her to emergency surgery at the hospital, and follow up next day efficiently!Dr Somani is a kind dedicated surgeon, as he somehow managed to stay to 10:00 pm finishing all his surgeries for the day AND manage to follow up with them early the next day!THANKS to Dr Somani and the team at ARC !
