Very professional. Very friendly attitude. Took the time to do a good job. Pointed out issues that the previous home Inspector didn’t see. 10/10 would definitely have him inspect any future real estate purchases. I friggin loved this guy he’s the best. His report is very thorough and detailed. You can tell he loves his job.

John did a great job with his professional experiences. It is unique that you can inspect the house with him while at the same time John will give you suggestions and action taken points to your further house improvement. I also got referrals from him for the house maintenance. It is so good that I can live in safe and simple way.

My Fiancee and I had a last minute viewing and a split decision to call for a Home Inspection before putting a non-conditional offer in. Giving John a call based on his reviews, the night before we needed it, and he was nothing but exceptionally cooperative in helping us on a last minute notice. John was able to be there immediately the next morning and did a very thorough job with an excellent report that I am beyond thankful for in the process of taking care of our new home. Have nothing but good things to say! John was prompt to arrive at the home and gave us an overview of what he would be checking and ensured we understood the entire process. Very patient with questions and so thorough during the entire inspection. The report he provided afterwards was incredibly detailed and when we asked for a summary to provide the seller's agent, he took the time to write one out and email it to us quite late in the evening. Professional and stuck to the facts. He ensured that he placed more focus on the areas we had expressed concern about. We're very appreciative of his services and would absolutely recommend John to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Great service. John was very nice and kind and allowed us to follow around as he inspected the exterior and interior of the home. The inspection report was done very well and allowed us to see what the problems were and how we can fix them.

I had shopped around and requested multiple sample reports from a few inspectors in the area and was most impressed by John Binder's notes and attention to detail when comparing to his competitors. His report was comprehensive and clearly showed a lot of time input.He was patient and made more than enough time for me to ask every question I had about the house. He spent around 3 hours testing and covering the house top to bottom, snapping detailed and useful pictures along the way.Most notably - John made sure he went into the inspection ports in the basement and ended up finding a large basement leak that I would have otherwise not noticed until later down the road He also made himself available on short notice to appear during repair of the basement so that I could get a secondary opinion about the work being done before closing of the house. John was professional and very insightful. He showed me things that I would've have never seen throughout our house and was able to provide tips as to what we should look out for in the future. John did 2 home inspections for me in March of 2017. I can attest firsthand that he is through at his job, and takes his time to go thru all the items big and small, including the hard-to-reach ones, like crawlspace and attic. He would explain everything in a simple language, always happy to help and answer questions/concerns. For both appointments John came ahead of time, was well prepared, and completed the full report in less than 24h. In one of the inspections, the agent of the seller did not give us enough time... John anticipated this (special powers?) and came 30 minutes early to get started with the outside space that did not require access. He also traveled twice to the same property to complete the inspection.... and did not charge me for the extra time and travel... I would definitely hire John to my next home inspection.
